I just spent a week here and thought it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and there seemed to be quite a community going on around the pool with the other guests. Personally I thought the food was very good, especially the breakfast where there was an excellent selection of ripe fruit and also a very good fried breakfast. Evening meals were also varied with a different theme most nights. One small complaint would be food running out / down later in the evening. The only negative for me was the smoking in the seated area by the pool, which was hard to escape from.

Just got back home from vacation there yesterday. I can’t believe the negative reviews! I can highly recommend Globales Panamá, it was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in with my partner and we travel a lot. Globales Panamá made our vacation just perfect and there wasn’t one thing that wouldn’t meet our expectations. All the staff were very lovely and always with a smile on their face, always greeting us. Even though we arrived late at night they left us food in the dining room, that was such a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and fresh and very spacious, bathroom was quite small but that didn’t bother us, everything was modern and newly looking. I would only recommend bringing your own hairdryer because the one in the bathroom was very slow 😅 We had a view of the street and palms, the balcony was big enough with chairs and a rack to dry your towels/swimwear. The pool area was kept clean, there were always some empty sun beds and it wasn’t that packed. Lots of drinks to choose from in the all inclusive menu including one mocktail which I loved. And don’t even get me started on the food! Can’t believe people are complaining about this because there was so much to choose from, I didn’t know what to eat first. There was always something different for lunch and dinner, they even had themed dinners like Asian, Mexican, American etc. Breakfast had many options as well, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, yoghurts with cereal and nuts and dried fruit, hams and cheeses, bread and pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans… just everything. I read in some reviews that the food was cold - that was not our case at all! The food was always hot and there was a microwave anyways if you still found it cold. And of course so many tasty desserts. The hotel is really close to the main beach, like a 5 minute walk or less. Bars and restaurants and gift shops all around Palmanova, it’s also a nice walk to other beaches like Son Maties, Es Carregador, even Magaluf. It’s an adults only hotel which we enjoyed, no screaming or crying children. Most guests were behaving, there were hen and stag parties but not too much noise. Mostly British, some Spanish, French and Czech guests too. In conclusion, I’d definitely choose Globales Panamá again if I wanted to stay in the area of Palmanova or Magaluf. You seriously won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the best stay!

Hotel situation is really good...close to beach and promenade. Food was good and after reading negative reviews I was worried but I needn't have been. Best desserts of any hotel I've ever been to. Rooms spacious and clean. Only one negative and that's the pool which is same depth from top too bottom which as a none swimmer was no good to me as I couldn't reach the bottom. Lots of young people there but they were never a problem but it's only a 15min walk to nearby Magaluf so maybe further into the season it may get more rowdy. Entertainment wasn't too bad . A big shout out to Dolores who worked the bar and restaurant....a lovely very helpful lady. I would go back to this hotel without hesitation.

This was our third stay at this hotel. Staff are amazing overall. Especially Dolores, Antonio and Luis in the bar. Thanks to Antonio for keeping the drinks flowing through the football. Rooms. Clean and tidy. Thanks for honouring our room request. Food. A little hit and miss. As for the temperature we felt that the plates should be warmed. The dining area is very cool due to air on. You will always find something to eat. Perhaps a little too much pork. Breakfast is amazing. General cleanliness. Hotel is very clean. This is let down by the pool area. The side of the pool in front of the bali beds was never cleaned in the two weeks we were there. Broken parasols and bases left there with used coffee cups. Would take half an hour to sort The Magaluf contingent have really made there presence known this year. Loud groups of hens and stags. We unfortunately witnessed blatant drug taking round the pool with the offenders being very proud of going out and scoring. Will we come back, I’m not sure.
