Great hotel would definately recommend.the hotel was very clean, rooms were spotless.there was so much food choice.most of the staff were friendly apart from one lady on the snack bar, so never cracked a smile.great location 5/10 walk into plama nova but an irish bar round the corner was a great stop off on the way .never stayed for the entertainment as alot of people mentioned it wasnt upto much but we went out every nt so it didnt bother us.there are some gorgeous shops in palma nova and the prices of things could vary.had a great holiday.

The hotel is lovely, It is really clean and the rooms are bright. Its only a 5-10 min walk into Palma Nova and the hotel even has a gate at the back so you don't have to walk round! . Some good points and some bad for this hotel, I would stay again if a good deal but wouldn't rush to book. We stayed as a group of friends in early October and booked triple rooms.. they were not triple rooms - there were 3 beds squeezed so close together that there was no room for anything either side therefore bedside drawers were inaccessible and we may as well have all been sleeping in the same bed. We were on 2 separate flights and when the 2nd flight arrived the reception staff said there was no booking for them ( it was an Easyjet package holiday!) and that non of the names were on the system. We gave her the lead bookers name - who was all checked in and by the pool... no she isn't booked into this hotel. Well, she is as she's at the pool with a cocktail!! Thankfully a man with a more helpful attitude came out and sorted this out for us and printed a list of all our names that we were told were not booked in?! Not a nice first impression really. My only other gripe is that one member of the bar staff was just so moody!! slamming things down and shouting at us if we dared to put a spoon back in the wrong place! The majority were fine though. It became a joke every time we got back from the bar to see if anyone had made her smile and if anyone had got in trouble! One of the group asked for a straw, the responses was "NO STRAWS!!" I found the food to be really good, as someone who tries to eat healthy I found the salad bar to be really good and there was always some freshly cooked meat or fish to put alongside it and the sauces were all great - I usually take hot sauce on holiday with me as buffets can be bland but I was really happy. The snack foods at the bar were all great too especially the day there were chicken wings! A beer tap in the dining room would be good though as there is only wine on offer. The 2 drink rule was really enforced, I got glared at for even suggesting a glass of water with my 2 drinks ( I was getting a beer for someone else) but service was pretty quick because of this which is good. Not enough spirits on offer compared to other all inclusives and the rum was white rum which isn't great. Pool was nice, loads of sun-loungers, a group of 15 managed to get together without a fight everyday. Animation was fun and got people up for a dance. No idea about evening entertainment as we went out every night but I noticed the bar queue was big. lifts... as everyone else says but thankfully I was on the 1st floor so not a problem.

Standard 4* All inclusive. Rooms adequate and clean. Great views out over Palma Nova. The standard All inclusive food. Something for everyone. Standard 4* All inclusive. Rooms adequate and clean. Great views out over Palma Nova. The standard All inclusive food. Something for everyone. You end up with a plate full of random bits but plenty of it. Plenty of sunbeds and 5 min walk to the beach and bars. Some gripes are I hope your not shy as all bathrooms and communal toilet doors are frosted glass. Basically see through! The lifts take a week to arrive and the stairs are a workout. But the wafer biscuits are banging so I forgive all of the above!!
