We stayed here as a family of 8 however my mum became poorly and 3 of us had to stay out including my mum who was very poorly. The hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating especially Kaia and the hotel manager on reception who was exceptional and couldn’t have helped us more while my mum was in intensive care. Neria in kids club helped so much with giving me some time to myself to take a breather which really needed with everything that was going on. We will definitely be returning and are really grateful for all the help we were given :)

2nd time of staying the mimosa but been renovated since last visit. The rooms are really nice although our room smelt a bit damp it was nice and adequate for what we needed . The food was nice Aswell. The snack bar was always topped and food was hot . My daughter loved the pizza . The pool was lovely and there was Always sun beds . The staff at bar in evenings were really friendly . The staff work really hard keeping the hotel clean also . The only one small complaint we have was the lifts were so slow . But didn’t affect our stay in the slightest I would go back. Thank you globales mimosa for a brilliant holiday

“Very good. ”

Very good hotel. The food was good. No problems with getting sunbeds. The bar area was always busy, but you could always get a drink . Plenty of negative rewviews when there is nothing to complain about.Overall, I would recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

“Not as good as last year!”

After visiting last year and having such a wonderful experience we decided to book again for this year. We stayed the first two weeks of July. We had an interconnecting room which was brilliant. Lots of room for us and our two grown up children. Everything was clean and rooms were cool. Lifts are slow but not a problem. The pool area was lovely never had to race for a sunbed and you could get one at any time of the day. The animation team are very poor and try to get away with doing as little as possible. Often in the middle of aqua fit the music would stop Marty the team lead would shout no battery have a nice meal and then disappear! Don’t rely on the lifeguard. When he isn’t asleep with his mirrored sunglasses on he is walking around Collecting plastic cups or having a chat with the bar girls ! Food was ok but very geared up for the French tourist which there were a lot of. They are also very rude but personally didn’t take much notice of them. The biggest problem this year is the massive influx of teen groups on their first holiday abroad. Massive groups drinking messing about in the pool and running up and down outside the bedrooms in the early hours after a heavy night out. Not a family hotel. It would be a massive shame if this turns into the palm nova version of BH ?
