“Lovley family time”

Excellent food and service lots entretiments for all Age. Good size rooms and 2 lovley swiming pools .Staff very friendly my children rally loved every single minut in the hotel we will definitely back. I will recomend this to all my friend and family

Generally the hotel was clean and the staff were all excellent and friendly. The food in the restaurant was far better quality than we expected, the only draw backs were around the layout of the food and the queuing systems. People would queue for the popular items (ie the special of the day and the ice cream) but the queues would block access to the rest of the food (which no one was queuing for!). On the day it rained and the outside tables were not in use, there was a huge queue to even get a table. The only real complaint was not about the hotel but about poor parenting of kids from certain adults. Drinks at the pool bar are clearly watered down but I think there would have been carnage if there was full strength alcohol available for free!

First things first, the kids pool area was excellent. The slides were a huge bonus and it was well run and supervised. The game zone is a good concept and it was understandably popular with kids who like Fifa and Minecraft. The staff at reception and in the catering areas were friendly and professional, the food in the restaurant was very good. The snacks in the pool bar area were fine; staples such as hot dogs, burgers, pizza and chips. Note that everything is self service in the hotel apart from alcoholic drinks at the bar. Location is fine, a ten minute walk from the beach and there's loads of shops and supermarkets around. There were two main failings however. Firstly, the room cleanliness and housekeeping was poor. Even after a supposed clean there were still bits of litter and food on the floor. Toilet roll and soap were not replenished. We had to ask twice for the toilet roll. The other issue was the layout of the hotel itself. The only bar for all inclusive guests was the pool bar, and that was pretty much outdoor seating. If you want to go in the Irish bar (which is very nice) on all inclusive then you get your drinks at the pool bar and have to walk across the hotel afterwards. Everything else there is paid with an all inclusive discount. The sprawl of the rooms over two floors and a large area meant a fair walk to the facilities at times. Not a bad hotel, lots of strengths but one or two key improvements needed
