“Nice Aparthotel in Palmanova”

Very nice resort. The garden is fantastic. The pool is warm and clean. The restaurant is great. Fresh ornge juice at breakfast. Quality foods. Rooms are comfortable. Close to the Marineland, Western Waterpark, Palma, beach. Ideal for families.

Stayed here as a group of 12 friends. If you are wanting a basic but clean and tidy place to stay in Palma Nova, then this place is ideal. The pool area is very busy and sun beds close together but this didn’t bother us as we spent our days on the beach which is very close by. Rooms are basic but do the job perfectly. Showers powerful and warm. Great location, excellent staff on reception who were always very welcoming and helpful.

I aim to provide an honest assessment of my stay. Upon arrival, the reception area felt outdated and in need of renovation. However, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were functional but suffered from an ant problem and were only cleaned every other day. The bar staff, particularly a friendly lady from Birmingham and a colleague named Christian, were excellent. A large supermarket, Eroski Centre, is conveniently located nearby, turn left out of the hotel and left again at the t junction, the supermarket is at the top of that road. The pool was pleasant, but the sunbed situation was chaotic. While I don't mind early mornings, most guests reserved sunbeds from 5:30 AM and often didn't return until lunchtime. The hotel’s failure to remove unused towels exacerbated the issue. This is not a problem to me as I do not sleep well and like to stay on my sunbed in the morning and watch the sunrise while doing my work on the phone. Some people reserved the beds on their way home after a night out. I imagine its only this bad during school holidays. The biggest dissapointment was the aggresive night time receptionist, I was sat on my bed on one occasion doing my work when he came over demanding that I and another gentleman move in a really aggresive maner, finger pointing, shouting and being just plain rude, stating the pool is closed until 10 (it opens at 9). The man needs a lesson on how to talk to people, I complained and was told its because he has to deal with drunk young parties around the pool, not everyone is drunk, pretty obvious given that im a 50 year old man working on my phone. I dont pay thousands of pounds to shouted at like a child! Overall, the hotel's potential is hindered by poor management and maintenance. Key points: Outdated reception Friendly staff Room cleanliness issues Sunbed chaos due to poor management Aggressive night receptionist That said do not let this review put you off going, we had a lovely 2 weeks despite the mentioned points.

Apartments dated but good location TONI G, adalena and the reception staff all lovely however ….dont come here with young kids or if you want to sleep ! Kids club is on 10-12.30 that’s it ! So hottest time when you want young kids out of the sun there is nothing for them to do ! We had a group of young Italian lads above us shouting at 6am blasting music at 12.30pm reception quickly asked them to turn it down but you can hear everything ! This hotel should decide whether it is for families or groups because I don’t think you can mix the 2 !
