“A proper five star hotel in Mallorca”
Absolutely lovely hotel by Son Vida golf course. We used a family room with twin beds and a sofa bed -- there was plenty of space for all three of us (couple and a child). Absolutely lovely hotel by Son Vida golf course. We used a family room with twin beds and a sofa bed -- there was plenty of space for all three of us (couple and a child). The room was clean and equipped with everything you'd normally find in a proper 5* hotel. The mattresses are a bit on the firm side and the pillows very very soft, but for a few days one could adjust to them. The outdoor pool area is stunning and very well maintained. There's always a lifeguard on site, sometimes even two, supervising both the outdoor and the indoor pools. The sauna is great and very hot. I also really enjoyed the breakfast here -- very good quality food, good diversity .. particularly the fruits, the breads. They have a juicing machine and you can make your own fruits/veggie juice in the morning. The staff, all around, are great -- polite and helpful (not to forget multilingual). Thank you all for a beautiful stay! We look forward to returning soon!

“Great hotel, wonderful grounds, good golf nearby, quiet's”
This place is 10 mins north of the city. Lovely rooms, beautiful property. Beautiful gardens and pool area. There are separate adults and kids pools; not always observed. Even an indoor pool. Very good gym. Decent restaurant, La Bodega. But not so good beyond breakfast and lunch. You can go up to… more
This place is 10 mins north of the city. Lovely rooms, beautiful property. Beautiful gardens and pool area. There are separate adults and kids pools; not always observed. Even an indoor pool. Very good gym. Decent restaurant, La Bodega. But not so good beyond breakfast and lunch. You can go up to the sister hotel, Il Castillo - needs a cab ride. Great gold nearby. Son Vida is 100m away - was a bit narrow for our liking, but just fab if you are an accomplished golfer. We preferred nearby Son Quint. Shuttle available. Coordinator on site. Things to know / consider: City is a cab ride away, EUR 15 each way, Cabs are hard to get at peak times, Uber is way more expensive. Book ahead. Bar is ok to get an apero before dinner or a nightcap. Not lively at all. Food prices at resort are closer to Zurich prices than cheap Mediterranean eats; at least 20 EUR for a club sandwich, a G&T was 15 EUR.

Positively surprised by the hotel. Very well located (close to Palma) and in a nice surrounding with a beautiful golf (very much green), and even being a non golf player, was appreciated. The staff is very welcoming and took care of any needs throughout the stay. The pool is amazing and there are several ones which fits different needs, the spa is fair although the inside pool is a bit cold. The hotel is nice but the rooms could need some revamping. The restaurants are good but the service is very slow and faulty from time to time which is a pity. There were tons of bees and that was therefore difficult to eat outside. That should be solved as the terasse is very nice. The breakfast is the weak point and should be upgraded, the quality there is not at a five star level at all. A few days there is the right length, family and pet friendly
