“Sana is amazing.”
Sana at reception is amazing. Because of her everytime we come to Mallorca we will stay here. She goes above and beyond for everyone and is a beautiful person. The hotel overall is ok… the bedsheets are annoying and the shower has very low water pressure… the breakfast has very limited options and … more
Sana at reception is amazing. Because of her everytime we come to Mallorca we will stay here. She goes above and beyond for everyone and is a beautiful person. The hotel overall is ok… the bedsheets are annoying and the shower has very low water pressure… the breakfast has very limited options and is expensive. But Sana is the reason I can give this 5 stars.

“Great hotel, lovely staff, good location”
Stayed for four nights in February, the staff were very welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious, there is a nice bar we used a couple of times and also a restaurant which we didn't use. Paco at reception is very friendly, multi-lingual and helpful. Hotel is a five minute walk from the bus station… more
Stayed for four nights in February, the staff were very welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious, there is a nice bar we used a couple of times and also a restaurant which we didn't use. Paco at reception is very friendly, multi-lingual and helpful. Hotel is a five minute walk from the bus station and main train station and about a 15 minute walk to the main sites and the seafront. Very good stay all round.

“Top hotel, comfy beds and amazing employees!”
Stayed for two nights in December for a girls trip! Easy to access by bus from the airport, only €8 return and a 3 min walk off the bus. Stayed for two nights in December for a girls trip! Easy to access by bus from the airport, only €8 return and a 3 min walk off the bus. The welcome was fantastic, all the employees we met were so friendly and lively, it was amazing to receive such warm and genuine people! They are a credit to the hotel! We had a room on the 4th floor opposite the lift but didn’t hear a noise all night it was so so quiet! The rooms were a fantastic size with three additional chairs and a free mini bar! The beds were comfy and the rooms cleaned to a high standard! We were only a 3 minute walk to a Main Street and 15 mins walk from the cathedral. We loved this as a base, it was close to everything for us. I would absolutely stay here again, it was exceptional for a great priced city hotel!

Very comfortable city centre hotel with modern boutique feel. In northern part of centre but not too bad walking distance from the main attractions and shops, although we used taxis to cut down the walking. Coming out of season meant that the rooftop restaurant was closed, but you could get food and drinks at the main restaurant. Breakfasts were exceptionally good.
