Had an amazing stay here in October. The terrace overlooking the marina was a stand out part of our stay. “Good option at Palma”

“Unwelcoming staff let the place down.”
Great location. Lovely view from hotel front. Very clean. Sadly many of the staff were unwelcoming and some even hostile, which seemed representative of a number of places we visited in Palma. Sad for such a beautiful city. We paid to upgrade for a balcony but would recommend viewing the room first… more

“The basics are good but let down by lack of housekeeping”
We were delighted with this Hotel when we checked in. The room was really comfortable and the amenities are great. Really disappointed on the second night to find that the room hadn’t been cleaned at all and we were unable to get water or any basic things like clean cups for our room. Such a shame… more
