Had an amazing stay here in October. The terrace overlooking the marina was a stand out part of our stay. “Room 802 not fit for purpose in a 5 star hotel”

“Unwelcoming staff let the place down.”
Great location. Lovely view from hotel front. Very clean. Sadly many of the staff were unwelcoming and some even hostile, which seemed representative of a number of places we visited in Palma. Sad for such a beautiful city. We paid to upgrade for a balcony but would recommend viewing the room first… more
