I usually stay here when my company offers external Trainings and so far, the hotel did not disappoint. Location is great, so many lovely restaurants near by with amazing Spanish food. That's why we mostly choose this hotel :) Rooms are very nice and clean but the ones with the balcony and the access near the reception are very basic with almost no decor or anything personal. See picture. The ones with the access in the back are my preferred ones, room no. 29 for example. They have tiles rather than wood flooring which I prefer during the hot summer months. AC is working fine though a bit noisy. Bring some ear plugs if u cannot stand the sound of these. Breakfast is ok but very Spanish. I'd say. You can skip it if you are not a breakfast person and find something better outside the hotel. Staff is always super helpful, very warm welcome each time with fast check ins.

“Very nice hotel”

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Bedroom was comfortable with fantastic views over Palma. There is an outdoor bar area which is very pleasant on a warm evening. Lots of restaurants nearby and in a very safe area which was appreciated by a solo traveller.

Just home from this hotel and I hope this reads as a considered review. We stayed four nights here and the actual rooms and hotel itself are clean and perfect for a short break. It’s well situated for walking in and around the old Palma. We booked bed and breakfast and to be honest the breakfast bit we felt was pretty poor. It’s not a big hotel but the offerings at breakfast are poor. Yes there is fruit etc but it’s lacking for the cost charge. But don’t let the breakfast put you off because as I said the other aspects make this a sound place to stay just have breakfast at one of the many places within a few hundred yards walk.
