“Great winter break”
2nd time staying in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! Staff very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much of a problem. Rooms very modern, comfortable and clean. Love the roof bar, it’s a great place to eat or just have a drink and take in the amazing views over Palma

Great location, helpful staff, recently renovated - fantastic views from the bar. We stayed in a quadruple room - two adults and two teenagers - the room was perfect for our girls trip away. Four single beds, loads of space and a nice bathroom. The hotel is currently being renovated so two floors are not in use but we heard no noise from this. Breakfast was buffet style but really fresh and tasty. Fantastic location for exploring the city.

An excellent hotel in a very central location. We stayed for five nights for a city break. An excellent hotel in a very central location. We stayed for five nights for a city break. Worked perfectly for us, as we could walk everywhere we needed to and did the hop-on hop-off bus and stopped at the castle, got the wooden train and tram to Soller, toured the Cathedral and wandered round the lovely city and got a bus to Arenal beach. Also easy enough to get a bus to the airport. We had a lovely room with private balcony and view of the Cathedral on the 8th floor (we were celebrating our anniversary). Couldn’t fault it. Clean and comfortable. Good size en-suite. The only negative I could think of was that there were no drawers anyway to store any clothes or anything else. You could hang clothes in the wardrobe, and that was it, so we had to use our suitcases for everything else. Even just some drawers in the bedside tables and desk would have been useful. Had kettle and coffee-making facilities, and a fridge and the bottled water was replenished every day. The rooftop bar and restaurant on the eighth floor was extremely pleasant for drinks and meals (we ate twice there). Had breakfast here every morning. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly. We were arriving late on an evening flight, which was delayed, so we didn’t get to the hotel until gone 1am, but no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, the rooms are spotless and beds really comfortable. We had a room at the back which had an incredible view over the city. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooftop restaurant also has amazing views and is a wonderful place to have a drink while watching the sunset. The location of this hotel is very good and within easy walking distance for good shopping and restaurant areas such as Santa Catalina and La Lonja.
