Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

“Beautiful holtel”
Beautiful hotel, the view was amazing. Great breakfast. A great end to my holiday staying here. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable. The swimming pool is refreshing, amazing pinacolada, very good breakfasts - the poached eggs are magic

“Great Location”
The hotel is in a great location. It is close to shops and restaurants and close to the bus stop so you can get to Palma easily. It has a lovely quiet pool area. The cleaning of the rooms is not great and I would expect the soap to be replenished but this was not the case.

The hotel is in an amazing position on the coast. It really has the monopoly on the bay part and is right up my street in that there’s no sand and you can get straight into the water. The rooms are basic, but perfectly fine. Bathroom seems dated considering the revamp, but the shower is nice. Though not sure about no door on the shower and glass doors on the actual bathroom. Glad it’s a solo trip!! The cleaning is ok. There were stains in my toilet when I checked in and they don’t seem to wipe the toilet flush (it’s stainless steel, so there is no hiding anything) plus if you don’t stop it, it continuously flushes. Safe in the wardrobe and the only hotel I’ve ever been to where the hairdryer is not plugged into the wall! That’s a massive plus. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room which really blows my mind. And breakfast doesn’t start until 8. Where only machine coffee is available. Breakfast is wonderful however. Lots of delicious choice in a really pretty setting. Lunch and dinner are available, but limited menu and quite expensive. There’s a few restaurants near by (but not to my taste), so I walked into Cala nova/cala major most days to get a decent coffee. The number 4 bus serves you well for Palma, it’s around 35 to 40 minutes and costs Euro2. And you can get it right outside. Check out Su Fumata (smoke house and cocktails to die for if you get a chance). Also very well equipped gym, which a great aspect. All in all a great stay, I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star hotel, but it does its job.
