On arrival in this hotel the first thing we noticed was the extreme cleanliness and the pleasant aroma in reception area. Check in was quick and easy, greeted by friendly staff, offered a lovely cold glass of bubbly 🍾. On arrival to our room we were really impressed which was a standard room, plenty of space unlike some of the comments stating otherwise. The layout of the shower toilet & sink didn't have any issues with us as we have stayed in other hotels in Spain that has a similar layout. Room is beautiful & bright, absolutely spotless, no complaints, room cleaned everyday to a high standard, think the housekeeping lady was called Maria, sorry if I've got your name wrong but thank you, we stayed in room 437 from 20 Oct to 25th. The food and restaurant was outstanding! A big thank you to all the hardworking staff. All staff are very friendly & polite, stunning hotel sums this up and would definitely return. Thanks again Garry & Sharon.

This hotel offers such a lovely holiday experience. We paid to upgrade to a larger room with Whirlpool bath great views and much more space. However, we met other couples who were happy with the standard room, frosted glass shower room etc. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast was superb. The live music acts were also great. Lovely pool area and no issue with sunbeds. As others have said though, the highlight is such friendly, professional staff. They make the place so welcoming. Special mention to Christian and Veronica from the restaurant, who were so friendly and helpful,despite how busy it could be. ¡Muchas gracias a todos !

“Valentin Somni Suites exceeds expectations.”

Excellent hotel which had recently been refurbished so it was like brand new. Some reviews mention room size but it was fine and we had a lovely balcony with afternoon sun so a bonus there! Staff were without exception brilliant and really helpful, from reception to dining area and housekeeping etc… more

Excellent hotel which had recently been refurbished so it was like brand new. Some reviews mention room size but it was fine and we had a lovely balcony with afternoon sun so a bonus there! Staff were without exception brilliant and really helpful, from reception to dining area and housekeeping etc. Food was very good and a lot of variety, it's half board basis hotel which was perfect for us and usually out at lunch time anyway. Beach a 5 min stroll away and really good for swimming. I was there cycling for a week and good garage to store bikes and tools etc if required. The swimming pool area was very busy although didn't affect us as we always went to beach to swim and sun bathe. I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

“Be ware of inaccurate/false descriptions in brochures!”

We booked this hotel via Jet2 holidays. Their brochure claimed that the hotel had been fully refurbished and that was why we picked it over others. We booked this hotel via Jet2 holidays. Their brochure claimed that the hotel had been fully refurbished and that was why we picked it over others. We paid extra for a silver room as we wanted a bathroom not a glass box in the corner of the bedroom. Unfortunately the more expensive rooms have not been refurbished, the room was tired, the bathroom was old with a shower that soaked the floor and a toilet that kept running water all the time ( yes we did report this however it kept happening). We were extremely disappointed neither the hotel or Jet2 are willing to accept responsibility for the incorrect information given.
