What a wonderful hotel and fantastic holiday. The staff from the moment of our arrival have been exceptional. Small details and touches make a massive difference in a holiday and The hotel and staff did not disappoint even once. We are sad to have just left and will most definitely be back soon. The reception staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant staff so friendly and extremely helpful. The bar staff happy and so ready to smile and get our drinks or food- no request was ever met with a no. The entertainment and in-house animation team were great- little touches as simple as bringing melon slices or Buck’s Fizz around the pool- always asking how your day/ evening was. I totally recommend a stay here.

“Great short break in a very clean hotel”

My husband and I visited this hotel for 4 nights, 3 days at the end of June. The hotel is definitely more traditional and not super modern but to be honest, we didn't mind that at all as it was extremely clean which is very important to us. The food at the buffet was delicious and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options and didn't feel samey. The entertainment staff are great but the entertainment was the same every night, Bingo and then live music so we did get a bit bored and just hoped for a bit more variety to be honest. I know it's adults only but it doesn't need to be boring. However, we had a great stay and the staff were very friendly. The only ridiculous thing was the fact that you have assigned tables for dinner, what if I want to sit outside?! Also, we were not made aware of this when we checked in so had no idea and then sat on a table for the first night, only to be made to feel awkward and uncomfortable when being told we were on the wrong table and then told us to use this every night but there was another issue on the 3rd night which again ruined the vibe for us a bit. If you're going to assign tables, make sure there is someone at the front greeting guests and letting them know their table.

The Hotel is spotlessly clean, food is okay although one evening we chose steak and it was like chewing rubber. On our departure day we had arranged breakfast for 6am which was very disappointing as there was very little choice other than cake, the coffee/tea machine didn’t work properly. Entertainment was what you would expect although when Germany played Denmark in the Euros it was cancelled. If you want a Sea view you need to be on the upper floors.

We know Paguera well from previous holidays but have never stayed in the resort before, we decided to try this hotel as recommended by a good friend, it did not disappoint Traditional rooms spotlessly clean with a good size balcony The restaurant was excellent, sit where you want for breakfast, you were allocated a table for dinner (Same table for the duration of your stay) Also the option to eat outside if you wanted. The food was excellent with a wide and varied selection to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient The hotel was in a excellent central location a short walk from the main street and also the main beach, there are 2 other beaches in the resort We used the excellent local bus service for trips to Palma, Port Soller, Port Andratx and Santa Ponsa. we also walked to Camp de Mar and Cala Fornells. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and resort
