“Great hotel …”
Great location, close to shops and beach, yet beautifully quiet, set back from the road, in lush, tranquil grounds. Good breakfast selection too. Special shout out to a really helpful, happy and friendly receptionist, Flavia! Clean rooms, nice outlook.

Ona Palmira Paradise was the perfect place to stay in a picturesque part of Mallorca! It was a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, well-run, affordable, and accessible. The service was brilliant, always doing their utmost to ensure we had the best possible stay. The pool was amazing and the food was top notch. The overall atmosphere on the property was fantastic! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

“The manager is arrogant and rude”
There are 2 hotels - Una palmira paradise and Una palmira paguera - I made a mistake and booked my parents in one and us in the other. I feel this is an easy mistake to make - with such similar names 🤷🏻♀️ The reception staff couldn’t do enough to help- however, their resolution that we could eat … more
There are 2 hotels - Una palmira paradise and Una palmira paguera - I made a mistake and booked my parents in one and us in the other. I feel this is an easy mistake to make - with such similar names 🤷🏻♀️ The reception staff couldn’t do enough to help- however, their resolution that we could eat with my elderly parents was overturned by the manager. He was rude, arrogant and told us we weren’t welcome in his restaurant. He didn’t manage to ruin our holiday- but hellbent on doing so The hotel is lacking - no kettle in room, over 10 days only 2 lots of entertainment You are charged for a glass of water at dinner and a coffee afterwards More like a 3 star than a 4
