“Great friendly hotel in quiet location but close to amenities. ”
We arrived and checked in straight away with a friendly receptionist, everything was explained about the hotel and facilities. We arrived and checked in straight away with a friendly receptionist, everything was explained about the hotel and facilities. Our room was large with bed and sofa area with turntable tv, small fridge but no kettle or drink facilities although free water in the fridge. Free pool towels were given on check-in. Room was spacious and clean which clean towels and room clean every day. Bathroom good size with hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo and hydrating milk cream..Balcony overlooked the side of the hotel where the big sunbeds were and overlooking the side street which we like to people watch. The hotel was lovely and modern with a bar area inside and outside seating....Good sized pool area but unfortunately due to being october the sun didn't get high enough so most of the pool area was shaded. Restaurant of which we had breakfast only was a good size a d air conditioning and could also eat outside. Breakfast had an excellent choice of cereals/fruits/juice and coffee machine/ cold meat cheese etc/ hot buffet with everything you need/ egg frying station/waffles/pancakes and a sweet sensation section...All staff very welcoming and spoke throughout all the hotel. Tennis court/table tennis and pool table available. Outside up the steps leads to the sister hotel where evening entertainment twice a week was and you could use for a change although not as modern as our hotel. Great location in a quiet street but not too far from beaches of which you have 3 to choose from and resteraunts all along the promenade and shops/supermarkets and bars/restaurants on the boulevard just behind the promenade. First time here and will definitely return.

The Ona Palmira is value for money. The location is great - close to the beach and in a quiet location. The bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The Ona Palmira is value for money. The location is great - close to the beach and in a quiet location. The bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast and dinner buffets can be recommended. The dinner buffet has lots of fresh salads, fish and other choices. The service from the staff is excellent...friendly and polite. What we enjoyed was that the main language spoken was Spanish and then followed by English and this made a wonderful change...I didn´t feel as though I was back in Germany. This also meant there were a lot of Spanish Guests.

“Pleasant stay at Ona Palmeria”
The junior suite hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The air con worked a treat!! The junior suite hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The air con worked a treat!! We missed having a kettle or an iron and the TV swiviling round was a novelty, so you can watch TV in bed. However there were no english channels, it was mostly German, so we didn't watch TV. The mini fridge was big enough for a couple of bottles of pop. The balcony wasn't really big enough for three people but it was a nice view of the pool though. At breakfast there was a good selection of food and we had one evening meal that was worth the 22 euros! There were enough sunbeds and people saving them wasn't a problem so we had a sunbed each day. All the staff wete lovely and polite/ helpful A shoutout to the barstaff who were lovely, especially the tall slender blonde / grey gentleman who worked evenings, he was a delight to be served by!! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants but far enough away that it is peaceful on an evening. There was one night of entertainment, Tina Turner, who was energetic and fun! Not sure if we would stay again, only due to it catering more

“Good breakfast”
Typical holiday hotel. Clean, tidy, no room amenities like a kettle & tea/coffee. It has to be said the staff are brilliant, couldn’t fault them. Breakfast was well set out & catered for everyone. Pool etc was tidy and relaxing without being spectacular.
