“Top class budget hotel!”

“Too basic”
Just basic room and not very new equipment, basic breakfast, drinks are charged additionally. No air conditioning in the rooms, the room maids are putting pillows, blankets and sheets right on the floor, without changing it, so be prepared to sleep on a dirty sheets.
