I visited Paguera from 26.09 - 1.10 with my wife. We spent a wonderful time in this hotel and this resort. Very clean hotel, as shown in the pictures that are on the internet, rooms are cleaned daily start 8:30-15 depend when u ar not in the room. The hotel's location is ideal for those who want a quiet vacation away from the noise of the center. Beach is at 3-4 minutes away, and there are 3 beaches in Paguera 2 higher Palmira( It is closest to the hotel and a fine sand)and Tora and a smaller one. As previously reviews is a resort and a hotel predominately German tourists, But when I got on the reception asked us what language we want to speak, and spoke Spanish and English. The staff were very helpful. In restaurant food were only German name, little inconvenient but see what is after considering more carefully, even though the hotel is predominantly for the Germans, the name of the food should be in English or Spanish, but also the hotel was taken over by allsun, and somehow it's normal. Food was good but not very diverse. Are mant restaurants and terrace where you can have a good meal, and the first time you will be greeted in German :) Paguera is called the Little Germany, but did not bother us, we had a wonderful holiday and a superb beach. Palma is 25 km, bus travel very often, 102 (faster) and 104, costing 3.7 euros per direction, you must visit Port d'Andratx and very close to Paguera (9 km) and also tour northwest of the island, the Port de Soller and the Tramuntana mountain range. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel and this resort.

We had a lovely room over looking the swimming pool. Lovely comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. The room was cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels daily. The pool was really great.with plenty of beds. The pool bar food offer was not very good in fact we never even saw a menu. I think that someone has to buy a new CD selection as you could tell the time by the track being played. In the evening the bar offered a good range of drinks and the service was good. The food offer was one of the best buffet style menus that we have ever enjoyed. The staff were very nice and attentive. My only criticism is that the red wine is served chilled !!!!! The choice of dishes was extensive and changed daily. As the majority of guests are from Germany there is a definate german influence. The only downside was that the germans insist on smoking in the dining area and around the pool and it spoils the experience if you are a non smoker. We are not sure if this is allowed in the hotel policy. A great place for anyone seeking a relaxed couples holiday.

We came to Majorca for our family holiday. After a long time at home (lockdown) our daughter - 4 years- was so happy to play with others kids. The hotel is amazing, clean and staff really nice. There is a playground for children and you can leave your small ones there for 4 hours - under professional care. We did that and had some times for us. It did all of us good :) The barman at the pool was bringing the drinks all the time - we felt as we were kings:) 3 days before our departure something strange happened. The babysitter gone mad. We went to collect our daughter Nina from playgroung (among other parents) and found him sitting in the corner and writing something in the computer. He looked mad - the crazinest in his eyes, devils smile like a serial killer!! We repoerted it to reception but the answer shocked us - Wolfgang Fiegen is very respectable teacher and he might some break down but otherwise he is ok. We did not let our Nina to go there anymore. We rather would not come back again.

We booked this hotel through Jet2 for a two week All Inclusive holiday. Between booking and travelling the hotel changed hands and is now run by Allsun a German company catering almost exclusively for German guests. The hotel is no longer available through Jet2 or Thomson. On arrival we were allocated a room on the top floor of the block that overlooks the children’s play area. The room was clean and modern with a walk in shower and tea making facilities. However, it soon became clear that the air conditioning was almost none existent. My husband carries a thermometer and the room never got below 25 degrees with the air conditioning running full blast for several hours! The next day we asked to move and with some reluctance the manager moved us down to the second floor which he explained would have better air conditioning. It was a little better but during the whole two week holiday the temperature never got below 22 degrees and the air conditioning went off during the night. We woke up hot and sweaty on several occasions. To get cool we opened the window, this allowed in much cooler air but also a number of mosquitoes which left me with nasty bites. Our first week was quiet; we were able to sit out on the balcony in the evening. The second week was a school holiday in German and several children arrived. The play area under our window became noisy and we could not sit out and enjoy a peaceful read. On one evening some children were still in the playground after 11 pm! The outdoor adults` only pool area was quiet but the advertised indoor pool is only open in the winter. The variety and quality of the food and drink was not what I would have expected in a four star hotel. The All inclusive drinks were limited and poor quality. If a restaurant chills its house red this tells you something about the quality! The coffee available for All Inclusive customers was terrible. The instant coffee I had brought with me from home was far superior. There were some good meals, the roast beef was excellent but a stew made with ox tongue would not be my first choice. We puzzled over what it was as all the menu is exclusively in German. A helpful German guest had to explain what it was. The tables in the dining room were very close together and the chairs looked like they needed a good scrub down! On the plus side there was free car parking but there was no free WiFi even in public areas. We paid 25 Euros for the two weeks which we feel was expensive. Also this only allowed one device to be used at once rather than for all devices. Our overall view of this hotel is that it is 3 stars not 4. There was nothing disastrously bad but there was nothing brilliantly good. Would we return, in one word – no.
