“Friendly hotel - superb location”

What a wonderful hotel. It’s probably on the lower Melia scale however we were pleasantly surprised. Modern feel to internal decor. We were in a twin room and well proportioned room. Basic amenities in room Handsoap, shampoo. Included safe. Empty fridge. Plenty hangers. No tea coffee kettle facilities. No iron or board. Balcony large enough for 2. Cleaners on their A game. Every day they came in and cleaned bathroom, could smell the bleach (good). Made the bed. Some hotels are abit lax not this one. Reception area nice and modern. Receptionist very efficient on check in and out. Pool area large . Luckily we were there in October but the annoying people were putting towels on beds and not even there. It drives me nuts. Why? Couple times we had to lie by the kids pool, but then we just found spaces away from the pool. Great bar by the pool. Breakfast was very very busy. No one checked if you were a guest , so I did wonder if anyone dropped in or were reception/security monitoring cameras? Great selection of food. English type breakfast was very sweet so skipped that. Majorcan breakfast items very good. Lots of breads, pastries, pancakes, eggs available. Porridge. Fruits. A first for us was the glamorous lady manager/guest relations who came around the pool a few times in the week to check in all well. I thought that was great as could resolve any issues if any. Superb location with great bars across road, manos , clems windsors. Beach literally a few minutes walk. Aldi less than 10 mins walk. Shame no large Spanish supermarket around the area but Aldi was competitive & good. We would definetly return to this hotel if competitively priced ( and I am quite particular). Thanks to all the team .

“Better than i expected. Clean, friendly staff, close to everything”

This holiday was a last minute-cheap week in the sun with my daughter. This i would say was a 3 1/2 star hotel. Upon arrival staff were friendly. free wifi throughout although we found it dropped on anevening when people were in there room. Rooms are modernish in decor however very clean. We were half board, breakfast and evening meal both were your standard all inclusive buffet style however we managed to eat everyday. pool area very clean as well as main reception and hotel its self. There is entertainment on a evening. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk from hotel, there are bars, restaurants and shops close by. Would recommend getting the 401 bus to palma nova beach, this bus also takes you to palma city. Cost was £8 for both of us there and back, be warned they get busy . We paid via card as it is cheaper tap on and off. There is also an Aldi and some shops together around 10 min walk away at the top of the road near katmandu park, we found this cheaper for drinks/snacks than shops around hotel. The main magaluf strip is around a 10 minute walk. Even out of season magaluf its self had beautiful weather 25-32 degrees. Overall a decent last minute week in the sun.

“Great hotel”

Lovely hotel room ample size with decent balcony, fridge and tv in room,staff friendly and happy to help, food really nice with a good selection . Good location to beach and shops and hotel was well maintained on a daily basis, would visit again

“Regular Hotel”

The hotel was just okay, they had no blankets in the rooms, we were given 2 single ones when we asked, The Breakfast could have been better and well catered to people that don't eat pork, there was hardly any entertainment. Just a basic hotel and i won't return
