Another fantastic stay! We returned for a week after our great experience last year, and it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and welcoming upon check-in, and we appreciated being able to access our room early. The pool bar staff were attentive, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. A special thanks to the reception team for their help with booking taxis and providing information about the local area. The location is perfect, offering a nice balance between the excitement of Magaluf and the nice restaurants in Palmanova. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Booked this trip away for my boyfriend’s bday and we absolutely loved this holiday. Hotel is so clean and staff are very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and has fridge too which was so hopeful. Booked this trip away for my boyfriend’s bday and we absolutely loved this holiday. Hotel is so clean and staff are very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and has fridge too which was so hopeful. Hotel is located on the top of Magaluf strip and surprisingly you do not hear a lot of noise! 5 minute walk to the beach and a spar shop right next door. The only negative about this hotel is “heart attack hill”…. After a long hot day at the beach it’s a killer! But it is a really good stay and we will deffo be coming back here 🙌

my friends and I (a group of four girls aged 19) stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for our girls holiday. on our arrival which was around 1am we was given our room key and we checked into our room. the room we was given looked nothing like the pictures and to get to the room you had to go round the back of the hotel down slim outdoor pathways which were dingy and dark, it was so creepy. there was boys lingering around them too which made it even weirder so glad we was all together. To get to the room there was also no lifts just flights of stairs so carrying the suitcases up there was wild as it was so far. the outside of our room was the view of the back of the hotel and had rubbish outside so wasn't what we had booked. to top it off at about 1:30am the aircon in our room was broken so it was boiling and we was all sweating. we went to reception to ask if someone could fix it but nobody came despite us going back and fourth to reception about 4 times through the scary corridor may I add. my friend had to go in full Karen mode about the air con as we was so tired and nobody was helping. they finally helped and ended up switching our rooms to a room which had aircon and also was the one that looked like the pictures online (which is the one we was told we was booked) I think we just got lucky there as if we didn't have the confidence to Karen the reception it would have been a rubbish time. Apart from that it was okay the room was clean and looked nice, the food was good but I am gluten free and it was hell trying to find out what contained gluten and what didn't . there wasn't any allergen signs on any of the food which made it difficult, the servers also didn't know either so it felt like such a hassle having to search for someone to tell me and I felt like a bother. the options for allergens were extremely limited and I only really ate salad or potato the whole time. the vibe of the hotel was okay I think you get what you sign up for going to Magaluf, the outside pool area was nice but unfortunately we was greeted by the worst group of boys during our stay who annoyed everyone at the pool by making comments about people and their bikinis extremely loud while they were just minding their business me included. they threw balls in the water with an aim to hit their targets and splash them which wasn't very slay of them. I was on the balcony with a friend after a day in the pool which was when our whole trip went downhill, the group of boys kept looking up and shouting for us to come down and making inappropriate comments, we laughed because what the hell, but didn't really engage back. one of my friends were in the shower the rest of us outside and we heard pounding at the door so hard the door nearly went in. the group of boys started shouting about what they was going to do when they got in which was scary. we stayed silent and wedges a chair against the door. they kept going and we thought they was going to come through the door. there was a window above one of the beds which had a closed curtain over it and one of the boys opened it and had his legs hanging through INTO OUR ROOM. the hotel window was unlocked and we didn't touch it, paranoid as I was when I first went into the room and saw that window above the bed I did say hope that's closed and from the inside it felt locked, we had to pull our friend out of the shower naked on the balcony while we all screamed for help on the balcony, staff were down there but nobody listened. im laughing now writing this but its actually so dangerous and luckily when the boys heard us shouting for help them ran away. we was scared to leave our room for hours due to the scary thin corridors you have to walk through to get from your room to the hotel reception. we ended up leaving and told reception but they didn't do much. the boys continued to bang on the door at random times during our stay which made it unpleasant. I mean as a whole it was hot and we all got a great tan and had an okay time, the hotel is just one of them hotels that attracts crazy party people who are there for one thing and one thing only. it wasn't bad but was stressful and not worth it, I think there are better places to stay in Magaluf especially as young girls.
