Food good loads of choices waiters,waitresses and chefs are on top of their jobs. The electric voilinist that played one night in dining room should do it professionally he maybe does,played classical and modern I'd buy his cds. already booked for next year. “3 nights in October”

Short trip for 4 mates in 3 rooms. Oct 24. Total cost was £700. Honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel....it's not perfect but people expect perfection I guess. Short trip for 4 mates in 3 rooms. Oct 24. Total cost was £700. Honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel....it's not perfect but people expect perfection I guess. They allocated all 3 rooms on the 1st floor which open up onto the veranda with Jacuzzis (tepid). Rooms were lovely, good bathroom, fantastic shower - people have commented about the water going over the floor....it's a wet room and has drainage by the door...appreciate this could still pose a slip hazard though. My room was cleaned once in the 3 days. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and to my surprise the coffee was decent...they also have proper Nespresso machines so why people are moaning about the coffee god only knows. Staff were always friendly to us. Swimming pool was very warm and clearly heated. Hotel is ideally located at the south of Palmanova and we're already talking about returning. A lovely place.

“Stunning beach view”

4 night stay mid October fantastic room for 3 adults (3 sisters) floor 7 the view from the bedroom/balcony was just stunning 5* view. 4 night stay mid October fantastic room for 3 adults (3 sisters) floor 7 the view from the bedroom/balcony was just stunning 5* view. Receptionist was a lovely lady & gentleman who were so friendly and gave us all the information we required. We stayed HB basis the breakfast choice is great and even thick bacon 👍 the evening meal the first night was not great choice however rest of the holiday so much better sure something for everyone. We sat on the patio most evening great atmosphere with it been so close to the promenade. Good selection and not over priced wine menu in the evening I am not able to name all the staff so best to say everyone is a credit to the hotel professional service with a smile makes your holiday😀 violinist one evening in the dining room was a nice touch so talented and also the singer another evening in the bar/lounge. Due to restricted sun by the pool area and roof top we used the beach few yards away! Definitely will return so enjoyed our Sister get together ❤️

“Fantastic view but food issues caused problems”

Lovely clean hotel with a fantastic view over son matias bay. Short walk into Palma nova to the left or head right into magaluf so a great location. We had a twin sea view room on 2nd floor which was great. Spacious, clean and large wardrobe area and good bathroom with large shower. The shower head was a bit damaged but still worked ok but the water temperature had wee habit of rising for few seconds before regulating so quick scalding kept you on your toes. Pool is adequate and open 10-6 plus there is a large terrace on first floor with bathing area and 2 jacuzzis available 11-6. Staff were lovely, massive shout out to Stanislava who was brilliant in helping with our issue…. Our issue was the food!!!! On booking the hotel we notified advisor (Jet2) that 1 member of party was gluten free and 2 had food issues due to IBS. We were reassured there would be plenty of choice and they’d pass it on to hotel…they did not. Nothing suitable for first 2 days until we spoke to staff who assured us GF would be available from then on. GF rolls at breakfast and plain GF pasta to dress up for dinner. GF pizza was provided when requested a change so GF food choice was VERY limited. Notify reception on arrival of dietary needs or you will struggle. As for the other food available… if you struggle with IBS or follow a plain/basic food diet, this is not for you. There is a large salad area with plenty of meats, cheeses, pasta/bean mixes plus a dessert area with different cakes and ice-creams but these aren’t labelled so you don’t know what’s in each plate. Then there is the main meal plus sides section which varied nightly and levelled which each dish was. Always fish on the menu, squid, rabbit, veal, pig knuckles or various meats in sauces or with vegetables. All okay if you like a variety of food but if basic is your style then you will struggle. We ended up eating out most nights due to food choices despite paying half-board. We would recommend this hotel due to the beautiful view but only go b&b in future.
