“3 stars doesn't do it justice”
Absolutely lovely hotel mixture of guests at this time of year. Spotlessly clean throughout clean towels daily. Great choice at breakfast time & the best hot chocolate machine in Magaluf. Would definitely stay here again at this time of the year. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect for your girls/lads holiday! We (3 girls in their early 20s) recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are lovely and happy to help with any queries. The hotel is situated about a 2 minute walk from the start of the strip & also the beach. The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to the strip but not close enough to hear any music etc. There are a few local restaurants & shops right outside the hotel for lunch & snacks etc. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers & a snack bar with plenty of food and drink options, which are reasonably priced. There’s music played by the pool which gives it a good atmosphere too & there is a lifeguard on duty throughout the day, until the pool closes. The pool is also open 10-7 which is perfect for those who like a lay in after visiting the strip the night before! Around the pool, it is cashless; however it is easy to pop to reception and put euros onto your hotel wristband (& room key) and staff are happy to inform you of your balance. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options including the usual full english items, toast & fruit and despite being advised that it closed at 10:30 ish, it stayed open a little while longer. We decided to rent both a safe for €35 euros (& €10 euro deposit) and a fridge for €45 which we used for our water & drinks. The rooms are lovely and clean and I would say quite spacious for 2 people (there were 3 of us girls and we managed fine). When we arrived we had to each pay a €100 euro deposit for the room incase of damages. This was refunded absolutely fine after security had checked the room upon checking out. This hotel is definitely perfect for those planning to sit by the pool in the day & go out on a night. We never had any complaints regarding people coming back to their rooms on a night/ early morning other than the occasional sounds of shoes on stairs (probably us girls in sandals!) however even so, noise would be expected this close to the strip. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone planning on partying in Magaluf and I would 100% visit again!

Overall the hotel was what you’d expect for a three star. They kept up a high level of cleanliness in all communal areas, the staff were all lovely and helped me practise my Spanish, the food was basic however there was enough selection over the 4 days we were there with nice coffee and fresh juices. It was restocked fast so there was always enough to eat. During the day the drinks and food prices were really reasonably priced however service was a little slow due to only having one or two people on the bar making all the food and drinks. We didn’t require our room cleaning due to our short trip but should you need extra towels the reception were happy enough to provide you with more. A €100 cash deposit was taken per person on arrival and should you want one you could pay a deposit on a fridge and tv remote (however you can use the buttons on the tv should you be fine doing that). This was all returned on check out following a check of the room which is understandable as it’s close to the magaluf strip. The only issue we had was being awoken between 3-5 everyday due to young people screaming and banging following a night out however this was no fault of the hotel at all. I suggest if you’re not looking to go out on the strip drinking it’s probably not the best hotel as the majority of people staying there are younger adults going out to get drunk. The hotel itself was lovely overall and couldn’t really fault anything at all. It was a couple of minutes to multiple different beaches and close to lots of shops and restaurants with a 10/15 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Starbucks and McDonald’s. You couldn’t consume you’re own food and drinks by the pool which is understandable however the hotels food and drinks were really affordable so this is not a problem at all. Had a great stay and definitely would stay at this chain of hotels again in the future:)
