It is a great hotel that I will recommend to all friends with young children. We stayed there with our toddler and it seems it was mostly families with young, pre-school children. The staff were friendly and there were daily multiple activities for children (4 to 7 on their own and younger with parents) and multiple exercise classes and activities for adults. The evening entertainment was ok, not my cup of tea, but kids enjoyed it. The pools were perfect for younger kids (3 in the main area (including a shallow splash pool) and two shallow pools with slides at the back of the hotel). There was space for most people on the sun loungers. There were lifeguards. The food and drinks were very good (freshly cooked specials and branded alcohol) and the chefs told us which dishes were dairy free to accommodate a dairy allergy within our family. We had a family room with a lounge section with a single bed and a separate bedroom with a huge bed and walk in bedroom. The room was spacious and clean but not very cosy. The style was more like an airport hotel rather than a beach resort. But then you don't spend much time in the room so it was ok. The bathroom was big with a huge walk in shower. The atmosphere was relaxing even though it was busy and full of children. No loud music, late noise, we felt very safe. The views from the hotel are beautiful and the beach is right next to the hotel. The water is clean and there's a lifeguard.

We recently returned from a one week all inclusive holiday at Pinos Park. We had a great time and the resort was very good, especially the location, the food and drinks and the staff. On arrival Reception were very helpful and efficient and we were greeted with champagne. The porter was waiting to take our bags to our room. The room was clean and well decorated, with plenty of space, including a balcony. As it was rear facing there was no sea view but the resort is so close to a beautiful small cove with a sandy beach and safe swimming so it was not a problem. The food and drinks were very good throughout our stay, always plenty of choice and good quality too. All the staff in the dining areas and bars were brilliant – we got to know so many of them and they all soon knew exactly what we both wanted and kept our glasses and plates full!!! We can`t remember all their names but special praise for Gisy who works in the bar and Kirat the chef who cooked the amazing breakfast omelettes who were brilliant – always with smiles on their faces and obviously enjoying their work….it was a pleasure to be served by them. Facilities in the hotel were good with several pools, including children`s pools. The main pool is fairly small but adequate and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone close by, and the pool bar nearby is well stocked with drinks (including coffee and water machines) and snacks/ice cream etc. There is entertainment each evening starting around 8.30pm, usually with a quiz, followed by a show. The quality of the shows varied, the Abba show was very good and the two shows with acrobats were amazing, especially the group from Argentina. Entertainment finished by 10pm or shortly after most nights, which we thought was a bit early, though the bars stayed open much later. We would like to give a shout out to Kris, in charge of entertainments. He does a brilliant job and is always happy to chat to guests and make sure that all have a great time. His language skills are amazing and we are hoping he is able to improve his Polish before our next visit!! The resort is very much family orientated, with many of the guests being German. There were many guests with babies and young children, meaning that the ambience of the communal areas, such as the areas by the pool and dining rooms, was adversely affected by noisy small children and crying babies. Perhaps the management could consider creating a few small areas which are adult only. For example the upstairs open air restaurant, which has a fantastic view of the sea and beach, could be adult only with families with small children and young babies only being able to use the large downstairs dining area? Overall a fantastic holiday and one we will never forget – thanks to everyone at Pinos Park.

“We will be back”
We had a wonderful holiday. The staff are lovely and always help you with everything. The rooms are very clean and the food is delicious, every night a different theme in the buffet. The beach next to the hotel is small but beautiful, you can snorkel and see colourful fish.
