This is the 6th or 7th time I have stayed at the hotel. I used to go with a travel agency, now I go by myself. It is enough to agree with the owner of the hotel Jordi - a very nice and caring person. The hotel staff will always provide you with the necessary assistance and information. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but it has its own charm. Food choice is never a problem. Breakfasts are generally repetitive, but dinners are great. Many thanks to the chefs and waitresses. The room is always clean, clean towels every day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, internet in the room. You are paying for the price of a 3* hotel, so don't expect 4-5* hotel services. In general, the hotel is very quiet, few families with loud children travel. Sometimes - a little noisy company of young people, but they mostly come for 2-3 days in the summer holidays. The proximity is full of shops and restaurants, car, motorcycle, bicycle rentals, to the center of Palma 20-30 minutes by bus (No. 23, 25), to the airport 25 minutes by bus A2, to the beach 10-15 minutes on foot. The choice is yours, come and see for yourself.

Away from the noisiest parts of Arenal the hotel was fine for a short break. Away from the noisiest parts of Arenal the hotel was fine for a short break. Reception staff could have been friendlier and more informative when checking in, but the room we were allocated was fine and overlooked the pool and the trees. Housekeeping was very good with rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. Only issue with the meals was that some of the food on the evening buffet wasn't replenished quickly enough, but otherwise meals were okay and there was enough choice, except for the desserts Surprised other reviews haven't mentioned the noisy cockerels which roam nearby, as they could be head early morning and throughout the day, even when the room doors were closed. I would recommend the hotel if its reasonably priced, but it might be an idea to take some earplugs if the cockerels are still around!

“Good base, cleaned daily. But noisey neighbours & thin walls spoiled it for us”

Cheap & cheerful, we didn't pay too much for the weekend so we got what we expected, the room was clean & the maids came in daily & made the bed & left us clean towels. Cheap & cheerful, we didn't pay too much for the weekend so we got what we expected, the room was clean & the maids came in daily & made the bed & left us clean towels. View was of the other hotel across the way & very dirty yard area, however we did not sit out there so we were not bothered. We didnt bother with breakfast & we didn't have any meals there, we were up & out on the beach all day, didn't use the pool area. Even though the hotel was in a quiet area, the walls are so thin, we had the room next door waking us up early hours of the morning 04.45, 07.00am talking & shouting very loudly in the room, & also doors slamming at all hours, so we were soooo tired all weekend. Hotel decor is very dated but again we are not spending time looking at the walls.

Pros- The room was spotless with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a distant sea view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Air con very effective. Daily room service. Cons - Paid for WiFi, deposit for air con remote both were expected. Overall expect 2 stars… more

Pros- The room was spotless with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a distant sea view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Air con very effective. Daily room service. Cons - Paid for WiFi, deposit for air con remote both were expected. Overall expect 2 stars and you will be pleasantly surprised - we were for the price we paid.
