We were greeted at reception by Marta who set the tone of our stay. She was helpful, very pleasant to deal with and perhaps most importantly very efficient. The service she gave was first class. Our room was clean and modern. The hotel has a contemporary feel. The restaurant and food were good. The omelettes prepared by the singing chef were fantastic. The pool gym and spa area were good. The roof top bar has amazing views especially at sunset. The best part of this stay were the staff. From waitresses, to chefs, to reception, the lifeguard, the cleaners everyone was welcoming and friendly without exception. Pepe also deserves a mention for his high level of service.

This is a lovely hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights with half board. The restaurant is nice with a great selection of tasty food and a special offer on a select cocktail each evening at dinner. During busy periods it can be a bit of a squeeze with small tables placed very close together, but this is a minor issue. The main pool is lovely, it’s clean with plenty of umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers. There are also a few other pools if you fancy a change of scenery. The rooftop bar has stunning views and is perfect for an evening drink and some entertainment. The housekeeping team here clearly work very hard as the whole hotel is absolutely spotless. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, three separate members of staff were happy to help me practise my Spanish which I really appreciate. Sadly I didn’t get everyone’s names but we’d like to thank Pepe and Cristina for their hard work and making our stay so enjoyable. The following point is not the fault of the hotel whatsoever, but I’d like to mention that if you stay here I’d recommend remaining in the hotel for the duration of your stay. The surrounding area is a bit of a hotspot for stag dos (of all ages) and walking along the front is quite intimidating, particularly for women. There were large groups of drunk men in the surrounding bars as early as 9-10am. It would be great if the hotel could install water fountains to fill up bottles and give complimentary water at dinner. Another thing to keep in mind is that the pools don’t open until 10am. Overall we had a wonderful stay, thank you!
