“Beautiful vacation”

We were satisfied with everything at the hotel. Beautiful lounge zone, friendly stuff. You have a great choice of wines. The location of the hotel is great, close to airport and close to Palma de Mallorca. Interestingly, the weather in November war also great, warm enough to have a sunbath.

We are thrilled with the hotel! The food here was amazing! We stayed for 7 days, and there was a buffet for breakfast and dinner with a huge variety of dishes. Every dinner featured something new—Italian cuisine, Spanish dishes, or sushi, which the chef prepared right in front of you. Everything was fresh. There were always several chefs cooking omelets and pancakes for breakfast or pasta with your choice of sauce for dinner (the carbonara was especially delicious). There were plenty of fresh fruits—pineapples were always perfectly ripe. Drinks needed to be ordered separately, which was funny because a latte cost €3.00, while water was €3.50. At breakfast, all drinks and coffee machines were free, but the coffee at the bar was much better. The room was always cleaned well, and towels were changed regularly. The staff was very nice and friendly. We visited in November, but we still swam in the sea and the outdoor pool, and even got a little sun. It wasn’t hot, but also not too cold—about 20°C. Afterward, we would warm up in the sauna or hammam. Inside, there was also a pool with a waterfall that gave an amazing back massage. We went to the gym every day. It’s small but has all the essentials, and there were either no people or very few.

Nice hotel and in average good service. Very good installations, nice breakfast. Everything quite good except the first impression at reception checking in. A rude receptionist claim me to move my car inmediately.....I found the parking lot door open, and I enter with my car parking in one empty place to do the checkin. The majority of places were empty and there isn't other place to park the car to do the checking in process. The receptionist reaction was rude and exagerated when she saws my car parked on an incorrect place.
