Stayed a couple of nights whilst trying to sort out a flight home. Check-in was quick and effortless. Rooms are very basic, smell quite musty and the furniture has seen better days. Surprisingly the shower was powerful with constant hot water which was unexpected. WiFi signal strength on the 1st floor was very good. The rooms also have a small flatscreen tv and a ceiling fan. Reception lobby has hot/cold drinks and snacks vending machines. Towels were changed daily whilst we were there and any rubbish taken away. The one asset this place has though is reception staff that are very helpful and friendly (they speak good English). If you just want a base to sleep with no thrills, then the Arenal Pins would suffice as its close enough to all local amenities. Just don't expect any luxury as the place desperately needs a deep clean/refurb.

“beautiful Mallorca”

room was furnished easy, bathroom not very well, but we just slept there. about 10-15 minutes frm the beach, good bus connection with airport and Palma. We had breakfast and it was great. We spent there just 5 days, but Mallorca is amazing

We have just returned 19/09/2014 after spending 5 nights at Arenal Pins Hostel and we were impressed with our room as it only cost £93. Balcony with 2 chairs, bathroom with shower over half bath with constant hot water, 3 single beds in our room as a couple, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, plenty of mirrors, furniture old and standard. grateful for lift as we were on the 4th floor, bin emptied and clean towels daily. We slept well, no noise maybe as it was September, the 24hr reception all lovely and helpful, supermarket next door and location really good for short walk to beach front. We had a late night flight home so appreciated the use of the free shower rooms on 5th floor available to use after a long day in the sun to refresh with towels also available, we had to check out at 12.00 noon No tea/coffee facilities in room, machines in reception for 1 euro but we took a travel kettle. Wifi only in reception with 2 sofas. The bus stop a few yards from entrance to the left was only 1.50 euro to Palma, bus number 23. would book again.
