After reading the reviews for this hotel me and my friend were nervous about our stay however when we arrived the staff were polite and helpful, occasionally there was a language barrier which sometimes came across as them being rude but in general the staff were all fine. The food was average but for a cheap hotel I wouldn’t really expect any more, if you’re looking for good restaurant quality food this is not the place, however there were options at every meal, the food was warm but not hot. The snack bar was very good and the range of things included in the all inclusive was good such as ice creams and slushies which in other hotels I have had to pay for on top of all inclusive. The hotel was generally very clean especially the pool area however the pool opening times were a little weird and there is no sun around the pool until around lunch time but the beach is close by. In general we felt quite safe in the area but there is lots of Germans and not many English people, the locals are also not very welcoming of English and mostly speak little English, this was never a major problem for us but definitely something to note. Overall a generally positive experience and we feel we got exactly what we paid for

Me and my friend stayed here for 7 nights on my first ever holiday without my parents. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly but spoke little English and did not tell us a lot of important information about the hotel, which we then learnt from other guests throughout our stay. For example, the ticket and its use for unlimited drinks by the pool during the day. Room - We stayed on the third floor and the view from the balcony was nice and we could just about see the sea. Air con didn’t work very well, there was no fridge which was an issue for us as we wanted to keep our water cool. The bedroom itself was very clean and the cleaners came in everyday to clean the room. The bathroom was ok but we did notice marks on the toilet and bath (unsure what they were). The TV had no English channels. Pool - The pool was clean and we appreciated that the pool opened slightly later so we could get beds. Only problem was one side of the pool was completely covered in shade until mid afternoon. Food - The food was the biggest issue for us on our holiday. It was cold and me and my friend struggled to eat anything. We weren’t expecting anything great but a burger we had one night was completely raw. The chicken looked grey. The plates and glasses were also sometimes dirty. We only ate bread, pasta and salad pretty much the whole time. However, the snack bar by the pool is much better. Location - For me and my friend who wanted to go out in the evening we did feel unsafe at times, especially around the hotel. The beach front was slightly better as it was busier and there were a fair few clubs and bars we could go to. Mostly German and Dutch bars. The beach front is great for young people who want to go partying. I wouldn’t recommend the area for families. The beach was a 10 minutes walk but you had to climb up a steep hill to get back. The waterpark was a really good day out and that’s only a 5 minute walk from the hotel itself (would highly recommend a day there).

“Good hotel for a short stay”

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was also close to the beach which was a bonus and there were also local shops just down the road. However the only let down was that the food was just about warm. I would recommend staying here but only if it’s a short stay

Hotel was lovely in general , staff were slightly miserable and the cleaners were quite rude. They weren’t 10/10 at cleaning either. food was cold and consisted of pasta and chips most nights and not a wide range of choice . i loved it however i am 18 and i would say that 10% of the people staying their were families and the rest were young adults between 17-22 who were on a group holdiay with their friends which largely consisted of partying so it was perfect for myself and my friends. however sayinh that the walls were VERY thin , you could hear everything if you understand my point of it being a young peoples clubbinh holiday. The timings on the food are very strange and the pool opening time is quite late and opens in peak time tbh so it’s always very busy , another thing is bottled water. despite going all inclusive you had to buy bottles of water for about 2 euros each and you can’t drink the tap water. they had small glasses at dinner u could use however they were small glasses like i said so couldn’t be filled very well and lasted about 3 sips. you also couldn’t take this too your room meaning you HAD to pay. i’m not a big water drinker however all my friends are so it didn’t personally effect me but not great tbh. i would 100% go again despite this i just wouldn’t recomend for familys or if you love your sleep.
