I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 7 years and both times made fantastic memories. We were All Inclusive which was ideal for my children as they loved the independence of being able to get their own food and drinks in the buffet restaurant and swim up pool bar. My children loved the water bubble and water slide which kept them fully entertained and my 8yr old daughter also loved the entertainment crew especially Pepe. Everywhere was kept lovely and clean and staff were very helpful/friendly. The jungle in the middle of the room blocks is a lovely addition too. I would definitely return again ;-)

“Stay 16/6 - 23/6”

It was the 2nd time we came and we are def. Coming back for a 3rd period. This hotel is by far one of the best, especially when you have a kid around the age of 2-5.

This a a fab hotel Enrertainment :So much on offer to occupy the kids . The pool bubble is endless entertainment for all ! The entertainment team are excellent. The mini club we found was more suited to 5 years and under. My.8 year olds wernt really interested in the activities apart from the t shirt painting. But they loved the sports activities which are separate and every day and mini disco sometimes. We found the evening entertainment great fun . We all loved the bingo and quiz every night and the shows ranged from very good to excellent. Not sure if all the parents were so tired by night time but very few clapping and cheering or sometimes even looking at acts on stage who were dojng their best it must be very disheartening . Feel if people clapped would add to atmosphere as entertainers and staff are dojng their best Rooms: as other reviews have said are not modern but we liked them . Found the beds a d bedding very comfy . Our kids loved the sofa beds and slept great . Shower was lovely just be really careful as others have said to put a towel on floor as there is a step down and tiles are slippy. We did find the cleaning bit hit and miss. But clean towels every day and beds sheets every 2 or 3 days . We were All inclusive so didn't need kitchen but they have everything you need kettle microwave toaster etc . Food a drink : We loved the table service for drinks at night(never waiting long) . This was such a lovely touch not having go up and down to the bar. Service was excellent as were the cocktails! we found the food really good most days . We did eat out down the town one night and had coffee's one morning down there . Found it very expensive so we were so glad we were all inclusive. For us it was great value and stress free.i would say pricey to eat and drink at hotel if paying. I would say we tend to leave our phones in the room in holidays so didnt like that there is no actual food menus in the bistro you have to scan a qr code at table to see it. But after a few days we knew the menu so wasn't an issue . Staff are really good and really hard working. kids team fab and big effort and great patience with kids ! Special mention for alex who was fantastic with out son . Found reception staff excellent and very helpful . Accommodated us with a 5 pm check out for a very reasonable fee which made our last day so much easier. General: Really liked so much there is so much to say . We thought the town less than 10 mins stroll away was lovely The beach is nice but even nicer quieter ones nearby apparently. There was only one negative and that was that the common areas like pool decks loungers etc arnt hosed down every night like alot of places and they really need to be. Just some tips . Pool towels are provided a d nice but only changed Monday Wednesday and Friday. We brought a set of our own as spares Great washing machine and drier available . Shop on site vwry handy for treats or whatever need .. yes not cheapest but handy . If you are AI you have this u til you leave even after check out time There isn't the 6 , 7 or even 8am dash for loungers !. There are plenty . Usually start filling up around 9 onwards . It's quite chilled.. Alot of wasps as other have said . But were not aggressive like here or persistent . People ignored them and never saw or heard anyone get stung . Mosquitos for sure so definitely repellent needed Palma airport is so so busy allow plenty of time! . Think that's all ! Lots of lovely people from all over Europe and didn't meet anyone who wasn't loving it.

I’m writing this based on our holiday last August. This was our first family holiday in Mallorca and had a great time. We hired a car and weren’t sure how easy it would be to park near the hotel but there was plenty of space. Just to get the negative things out of the way: We’d provided check in details online and got to our room quickly. Unfortunately we didn’t get a good first impression, without graphic details the underside of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned and was disgusting. There was also some dirt around the sink. Thankfully staff sorted the bathroom to be cleaned quickly. There was also a free gift for booking via the hotel website which turned out to be a supermarket style 2L bottle of water which was underwhelming! For a hotel that is more expensive than many I was disappointed that there was also a daily charge to use the safe. This was unnecessary as it was a digital code safe which really should be complementary. There are notices up about removing towels from loungers after a time. This never happened when we were there, like many reviews say it is hard to get a sun lounger, many have towels up before breakfasts and spend the day without people on them for hours. Staff were aware of this but but I never saw any action and at times we had to leave our stuff on the ground or on chairs. There was similar saving of chairs for evening entertainment. There were mosquitos but spray repellent worked well. On to the good things. The pools were fantastic, not at all cold when we were there. The kids didn’t get bored at all. Great hotel for kids up to maybe 10 years old. Plenty of parking Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The food was excellent, every meal time. Different themes every day and it never got boring. The drinks were nice and refreshing though the cocktails were very weak and the caipirinha was nothing like a caipirinha but there was a lot of choice. (Expensive if not all inclusive) There was an Aldi about 5 minutes away walking, an up hill walk. We only used it for nappies which were quite expensive. On past the Aldi was the main town, lots of bars and restaurants which we didn’t use but a nice beachfront walk and lively area. The beach didn’t look too clean but nice beaches a few miles up the coast. The room was nice and comfortable, we chose the basic outward facing room so no view or swim up pool but we could still use the swim up pools round the other side which were close. The ground floor was good for young children as the tiled floors and steps were smooth and quite slippery. There was a downside to the ground floor though with tiled floors and wooden chairs being noisy from above. Tips: - pool towels are provided but bring your own if you go to the beach - Bring bug repellent - Bring your own straws, there are no plastic or paper straws there. They have lemon edible ones that some may like but they smell like bathroom cleaner. It maybe looks like I’m being negative but overall it was a great trip and really enjoyable. We will be back soon having booked two rooms and are looking forward to it. We requested that they be side by side months ago but won’t find out till check in if this request is possible.
