Excellent all round service from front of house to cleaning staff. Nothing is to much trouble , the waiting staff go beyond their duty to see the public have a holiday to remember. Stayed in a single, very clean an served my purpose. Shower had great water pressure. Water always hot. Food was varied in the evenings with a good choice of dishes. Breakfast was fantastic. Make sure your up early to eat on the marvellous terrace with the beach in front of you. Overall js , don’t ever change .

“Be careful what you book!”

Lovely hotel bright and clean right on the beach with great food. Pool area is behind the hotel but quiet with plenty on sun beds and parasols. Lovely hotel bright and clean right on the beach with great food. Pool area is behind the hotel but quiet with plenty on sun beds and parasols. Just a stroll to the sea if you fancy a walk, change of scenery or dip in the sea. We booked a double room with balcony or so we thought …. However on arrival, we were taken to what I can only call a very dark ‘glorified cupboard’ with an ‘ internal balcony’ ( a square of fenced off area just big enough for one chair in what looked like a lift shaft area. Over looked by several other ‘internal balconies’ from our floor and the 3 or four levels above. The only natural light was from the window are several meters away from our ‘fence’) In all my years of travel and hotel stays I have never seen anything like it. When we asked for another room the receptionist was nothing but abrupt and quite offensive. Saying that it was what we’d booked and there were NO other rooms available …… Unless of course we’d like to ‘upgrade’. Originally the only room she ‘had’ was a sea view at an additional 25 euros per night. When I said I wanted to speak to someone else she strangely had a cheaper room with a side view at 15 euros. Although we were very upset and frustrated and so not to spoil our holiday we paid. But have since on our return taken up our complaint with jet 2 via our agents.

Good and bad things here. On arrival we were shown to what can only be described as a dungeon.. it had no daylight and a shelf for a balcony in what looked like a lift shaft. apparently this is what is called a promotional room. we refused this room and were told by very rude and abrupt reception staff that we would have to pay for another room at €25 per night.. we also refused this and then were offered another room for €15 per night which we ended up paying.. a money making racket by the hotel. pool is round the corner, but there is no bar/snack bar there.. food in the hotel is luke warm at best and as a vegetarian i struggled a couple of nights and there was only chips and salad, breakfast is ok.. good stuff now, situated practically on the beach and middle of the resort.., its clean, some of the staff are lovely, Wisdom is a very nice young man and very helpful when i questioned some food one night and Miguel in the dining room never stops.. he knew what we drank after the first couple of nights.. we wouldn't go again though after what happened with the room… first 3 photos of the view from the first room and then 3 from the room we paid extra for..,
