I have stayed at this hotel twice and it has been absolutely lovely both times. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. My favourite part about the hotel is the sky bar, it has the most beautiful view of mountains and the beach, could literally sit up there all day. I would recommend going all inclusive as the food is so lovely! The best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive as they actually have a lot of flavour in everything and nothing is bland. The rooms are very spacious and provide everything that is needed. The only problem is the transfer time from the airport as it can take up to an hour and 45 minutes if going with jet2 and they have other hotels to stop off at on the way. It’s close to the beach and shops which is perfect. Overall a lovely holiday and would definitely be visiting again.

As always … fantastic! 100 attention to detail and standards in areas throughout the hotel. All of the staff are an asset to themselves and to the hotel. So welcoming and it makes it a home from home relaxing stay! So much so … it is reflected in my many repeated visits every year and spontaneously meeting with guests from previous visits. Seeing many other frequent guests, speaks for itself. This hotel definitely has the ‘boomerang’ effect 💫💫 The hotel is situated in ca’n Picafort, within the Bay of Alcudia ~ North of the Island. It is popular with guests of all nationalities and ages ... family, couples, friends or solo - a great atmosphere. The hotel has many accesible facilities, gym, spa area, small indoor pool, in house animator led sports, exercises and grouped activities to participate in, a relaxing rooftop spa pool, sky bar (18+), kids club, small children’s arcade area. There are many pools and bed / seating areas to cater for all. Additionally having a separately dedicated, secure children’s pool area. The daytime activity timetable is situated outside the sports hut, adjacent to the children’s pool / sports courts. There is also a daytime pool bar, which also operates a lunchtime buffet food service and menu ordering options available after 3:30pm. The main bar is open from 10:00-00:00, whereby it operates a bar service during the day and a table/bar service during the evening, whilst the entertainment is showing. The restaurant alike all other hotels, will have its peak times, whereby there’s an influx of guests. But, it is never a problem to be seated and have a great service. There is always great array of well presented food choices available, to cater for all tastes and diets. If you do have a dietary requirements, one of the chefs will always be happy to assist. A traffic light poster highlighting peak/quiet times is shown outside the restaurant and in the lifts. The entertainment consists of in-house animation shows, which always produces a full house viewing and are very well received. Additionally, there are many great external shows…tribute artists, acrobats, magicians and other acts. A board is located outside the main bar entrance, with a fortnightly evening show schedule. The bedrooms / apartments are very clean, bright and spacious ~ all will provide an amazing view, be it mountainous ones or ones across the bay. The sunset views from the sky bar are incredible and would also recommend taking the 10 minute walk down to the beachfront, to see the spectacular sunrises. The main resort area is a 10 minute walk away, with a great range of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within easy reach of the hotel. All staff throughout the hotel, are friendly and I believe that we need to always respect and appreciate their continued and fantastic hospitality, in ensuring that we have the opportunity to holiday in such a friendly, immaculate kept and well managed establishment. All management are visibly present and accessible, always ensuring that standards. throughout the hotel, be it in the restaurants, communal areas, pools, garden area, rooms, bar etc … are kept exemplary. The island itself has many attractions, amenities, resorts and cultural places to visit, which can be accessed independently, using the reliable TIB bus network…with the bus stops being only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, there are a selection of trips and excursion leaflets available in the main hotel foyer, if an organised trip is preferred. There is always something to see, participate in, visit or experience on every visit. Obviously, this is my own personal view. But, ultimately believe I am fair in my opinion. I have visited many places within Mallorca, this hotel being the most frequented and can honestly say I’ve never had or heard bad experiences whilst staying. So, it has my personal recommendation. Enjoy your forthcoming holidays, if this is where you opt to go.

“Great stay!”

A great holiday at Tonga Towers. Food fantastic and so much choice, great staff in all areas of the hotel. There was 11 of us in our party and sat together every night and catered for all food tastes. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Kids loved the indoor pool when the weather wasn't the be… more

A great holiday at Tonga Towers. Food fantastic and so much choice, great staff in all areas of the hotel. There was 11 of us in our party and sat together every night and catered for all food tastes. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Kids loved the indoor pool when the weather wasn't the best. Entertainment was good, day and night and the kids loved archery, pistol shooting and the mini disco each night. Some of the entertainment on an evening would have been better on the outdoor stage but due to the weather was indoors and the space was limited. Otherwise a great holiday which everyone in our party enjoyed.

We just got back from two weeks at Tonga Towers and had a fantastic holiday. Food - The food was good, although a bit repetative. There was Pizza and Pasta every day which was very good, but some variety would have been nice. There is a grill area but again it was chicken and pork every day. The salad bar was well stocked and lots of fruit was available. The breakfast was ok but again some more variety wouldhave been good. The snack bar next to the pool was great with a buffet available up until 15:00 then it turned to table service until 17:00. Rooms - We had a famiy room which had a dividing moveable wall and was clean and modern, with a kitchen area and fridge. Bar - The bar staff were very friendly. Coco and Jordi were fantastic with our kids and all the bar staff worked very hard and made you feel welcome. Entertainment - The entertainment staff really went above and beyond to make sure you had a great holiday. Steffi, Marc, Maya, Alex and the other team members were all fantastic and you could see them practicing for the in-house dance shows non stop. The famous cocktail game was a daily highlight, as was the morning shooting competitions. A huge thank you to the entertainment team for making us feel so welcome and for all the effort they put in. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back to Tonga Towers and i would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone, families in particular.
