The attraction of an all-inclusive holiday simplified the decision for us as we wondered if the end of October would mean restaurants in Can Pastilla might be closed, not that we would eat out very much anyway. However, the tremendous variety of offers at breakfast, lunch and dinner provided a wide variety of meal options that would satisfy anyone. Wines and beer are self-served at lunch and dinner, and at the bar the wrist bracelet allows you to a wide range of local brands in spirits, wines and beers. If you really feel you want to pay more, global brands are on the top shelf, but we found nothing wrong with the very generous pourings of the local G&Ts! The hotel sits quietly up a side street from the small bay of Can Pastilla, which is great for being devoid of traffic noise at night. Most guests in surrounding rooms were pretty respectful, although like all Spanish accommodations the walls are a little thin… take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It’s a very short walk to the connecting #35 bus (every 15 mins) into Palma… pay €2 cash per person for the whole journey, right to the foot of the Cathedral, or an earlier stop at the Intermodal which is right outside the entrance to the Soller train. If you want the bus up to Alcudia for the day, it’s downstairs in the Intermodal bus and train section below the Soller train, and you pay these buses by tapping your credit/debit card. Fast, clean and comfortable… and remember to tap the same card when you get off. The hotel staff have been excellent… friendly, engaging, helpful when asked a question and full of ideas at reception as to where to go and what to do. The cleaners keep the hotel immaculate… at least 6 cover reception before things get going in the morning, and our room was always pristine when we came back. Good a/c, and a great shower too, with clean towels as often as you needed them. The only feedback we would make is that the tiled floors needed swept a little more often, but it would be the only criticism of our 5th floor, southwest-facing room… we could see the Can Pastilla marina, and the Palma Cathedral too from our balcony… excellent. And if you’re into watching aircraft, it’s perfectly located and just a 10 minute walk to see the private jet ramps from the motorway crossing bridge, or further round the threshold of the second runway. All in all, we are very happy with the hotel, its teams and its services and would highly recommend it for a stay where you want a peaceful coastal holiday but with the option to easily explore the island.

“Lovely hotel”

1st time staying here and would go back again. Location is brilliant. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minutes maximum to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. complex clean so was the rooms. Small fridge in the room. Food was ok, but I'm a bit of a fussy eater so mainly ate the meats with salads… more

Food was ok, but I'm a bit of a fussy eater so mainly ate the meats with salads (but that's just me) Only downside is shower didn't drain very quick so the water used to overflow. Way too many sunbeds round the pool so you couldn't walk in-between to get onto them.
