“Calma and spa vacation”

We had a really fun and entertaining vacation. The room was clean the staff was very friendly, And Always there to help. There was a lot of activities and entertainment to find in the hotel. The hotel was located near the Beach and all the cafés and markets.

The hotel is in a good location being only 10 mins transfer from the airport, however due to it being on a narrow street the coach has to drop you off at the end of the street which wouldn't be ideal for less able people. The beach, shops, pubs & restaurants are all close by. The nearest beach at the end of the street was a lovely cove but did seem to get busy, however there was another lovely beach about 5 mins walk further along which had lots of room. Staff in the hotel are all friendly and it is very clean. Towels were changed every day. The beds are very comfortable and the air con was fine. The food choice was pretty good but very repetitive so we actually ate out 2 nights. Very limited choice for fussy children ie no chicken nuggets & only chips available in snack bar not the restuarant at lunch time. Drink choice was very good at the bar with good range, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice & slush were all just in machines which you could help yourself. Entertainment was a big let down, not a lot going on during the day despite family games being advertised on the board every day. Each day there was a aqua fit in pool for a short time then maybe darts or shooting but that was about it . The night Entertainment wasn't much better, disco night twice which was actually just music getting played, bingo 2 nights which consisted of 1 game, karaoke another night with 3 guests, then when my son asked if he could sing he was told they weren't doing anymore! The Spanish dancers & the singer were good. This was our 2nd visit but have to say our 1st stay was much more entertaining I would recommend this hotel to couples wanting a quiet relaxing break and not to families with children as they would prob find it boring.

Returned today from majorca. The hotel is spotless, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Plus points 10 min transfer from airport Cleanliness All staff a pleasure to deal with Always a decent choice of food , and of good quality No reserving of sunbeds , doors open at 9am Can pastilla lovely area Beach 150m away lovely safe cove Negative points Smoking allowed around pool area , needs a separate area away from non smokers Sunbeds a bit too close together Entertainment could be better as night a bit limited All in all a lovely relaxing stay and I would not hesitate to return Satisfied guests from 432,438 and 461

“Lovely stay but won’t be returning”

We stayed here for 5 nights as a couple with our 13 year old daughter. The hotel its self was a lot smaller than we are used to and the pool area was really small. We stayed here for 5 nights as a couple with our 13 year old daughter. The hotel its self was a lot smaller than we are used to and the pool area was really small. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Our room was adequate for our needs. Balcony didn’t get any sun due to the position of it. The food wasn’t great in our opinion. Our daughter is fairly fussy and she struggled to find anything to eat most days. We ate out more than ate at the hotel sadly. There are no child friendly options. We were all inclusive and didn’t make use of this and just used the hotel as a base. We wouldn’t stay here again. Wasn’t overly keen on the area either. Few nice bars and restaurants but the beach is a bit of a let down. We got the bus to palma nova and went there instead. Was an ok stay but not one we will be repeating.
