Well what can I say just came back from a 10 night stay at this resort and after reading all the dreadful reviews I wasn’t looking forward to our holiday one bit.How wrong was I this hotel doesn’t get the justice it deserves I don’t know what people want to be honest with you , the staff from the reception to the bar to the entertainment were brilliant . We booked with jet2 and needed a room that was disability friendly due to my mam having walking problems , jet2 hadn’t told the hotel of this but they went out of their way to get us a room the next morning that was suitable for my mam as the normal rooms the shower was in the bath and that was no good as she couldn’t climb into the bath . The place is spotless everywhere you go , the rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels . The food is like every othe all inclusive I’ve been to it repeats its self after so many days but there was something for everyone even the pickiest of eaters , what was great was the fact the ice creams were available all day for the kids which I’ve never seen before and I’ve stayed in allot of all inclusive places , and the fact you helped yourself to all the pop, juices and water whenever to , this stopped all the queues at the bar . I’m not a one to write reviews only when I think they really need one and this hotel does , I’d definitely book here again .

This was the best holiday with a large group of friends one could ask for - we played volleyball everyday, as well as played tennis and football a couple times - sporting facilities were fantastic. The all inclusive bar was brilliant - such friendly staff and generous too. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly towards us. We didn’t look at the entertainment much but we did attend the karaoke night where a couple people from our group sang and we had a great night. There are 2 larger pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers right next to the bar which was great. The rooms were clean with plenty of space and a nice balcony. The food was maybe repetitive but it was absolutely fine - no one became ill from it. Overall, for a 3 star hotel it absolutely exceeded our expectations and we would return in a heartbeat. 10/10 experience.

“Our family holiday”

We have just left after a 6 day stay I was super anxious about the "bug" but we seem to have avoided it and didn't see anyone else who seemed to be unwell until our transfer back to the airport when someone from another hotel was unwell The food was nice, bit repetitive but my kids are bland eat... more

We have just left after a 6 day stay I was super anxious about the "bug" but we seem to have avoided it and didn't see anyone else who seemed to be unwell until our transfer back to the airport when someone from another hotel was unwell The food was nice, bit repetitive but my kids are bland eaters anyway so they didn't care and we always ate well. We found all the staff to be very friendly and chatty just a shame we came across a few rude guests who like to make tonnes of noise at 2am! There is plenty of activity's to take part in during the day for both adults and children All areas are nice and clean alough I do see what people say about the drains smell especially near the kids pool but someone did poo in that pool one day but it was immediately closed off and cleaned. Our bathroom had a black mark on tje ceiling but was clean overall and we always saw people cleaning up around areas especially at meal times The only thing we could find to complain about was going into town the shuttle the hotel provide is too small and people don't seem to care about others who waited before them and just dive in we waited for it to come back feom the beach and a group of adults dived in meaning we couldn't get in with 2 young children and it was the last bus of the morning leaving us to walk up into town and get a taxi , taxis take forever to arrive at the hotel when ordered but are cheap enough 5€ into town and the local bus is expensive cost us 9€ for one way for 2 adults It's 3 star for a reason but it's actually a nice hotel overall

Pay for 3 star expect 3 star so wasn't expecting luxury. all in all a very nice hotel,clean and tidy, pleasant staff and decent facilities. only downs sides was the food though tasty and well cooked was little variation each day restaurant was a free for all (due to being disorganised) for example spoons the other end of the restaurant to the deserts so a lot of walking back and forth) butter the other end to the bread small things but added up to chaos when busy. If they reorganised the restaurant a little it would flow a lot easier. due to the influx of Spanish families on holiday when we arrived the entertainment etc was totally geared for them English speaking children seemed to be left out( i am glad we didn't have any children with us). but as my opening remark Pay for 3 star expect 3 star it wasn't a bad experience would i go back...... i don't think so
