A very clean hotel with friendly staff. Some staff more friendly than others but that's to be expected as it can be very busy at times. We checked into the hotel at 12 noon as we travelled with easyJet holidays and were on the first flight out of Belfast. The hotel was happy to accommodate our early check in considering normal check in opens at 2pm we were delighted to be able to go straight to our room. The food for lunch and dinner was varied each day and although we probably ate chips for most of the days that was due to us not being overly fussed on fish and being picky with the rest of the selections. Breakfast is great and has a good range of options. The poolside bar offers a burger and pizza bar between 11am and 6pm which was a welcome addition as the pizza was good quality for a hotel. The all inclusive drinks were fairly standard for the Spanish all inclusive package and what you would expect with Sam Miguel for beer and vodka, rum, gin etc for spirits. We did decide to pay for a flavoured Gin as that's what my wife preferred, this cost €4.70 which wasn't too expensive considering the measures are almost double a UK measurement. The hotel is close to the beach and has a great walk way between the hotel and another remote space for nice pictures and to chill away from the hotel. They offer a photography service with Vali with professional photos at the hotel and the beach etc. which is free but you can purchase the pictures if you wish. There is plenty to do in the town with bars, restaurants and mini golf. There's a choice of a Steakhouse, Cuban, Italian and Indian restaurant. We did try the Italian Pizza place and the pizza was very good. The Irish pub within the town not at all far from the hotel was great for live sports and UK/Irish branded beers such as Coors, Guinness, Carling and alcopops/spirits. Nick the owner is also very chatty. The entertainment at the hotel was busy during the day and also each night. It was catered mostly towards the kids with karaoke etc but we had no intention of staying for the entrainment as there was a comedy night and Karaoke at a bar beside the Travellers Inn. The hotel all round was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if we were to visit Majorca based on our experience with this trip. Thank you for the warm welcome and allowing us to leave our bags in the baggage room until we were ready to depart which was 5 hours after check out.

2nd time here and just as good as the 1st, Hotel is spotless everywhere, rooms comfortable & clean, with fresh towels daily, food was excellent, fresh & hot, plenty of variety to suit anyone, pool clean and plenty of loungers, entertainment was good especially the Motown night, all staff from cleaners to reception, restaurant & managers all lovely, happy & helpful at all times. Will be back 😀👍

“Not as good as it used to be”

We have been going to this hotel for many many years now and sometimes even twice a year and this time was by far the most disappointing!! The hotel in general and rooms are super clean and therefore this can not be complained about The majority of the staff are friendly and welcoming- we know them though our years of visit and they seem to enjoy welcoming people back but some newer staff seem inpatient with people an rushing them through the service The food was by far the most disappointing there’s always been a great variety of food each night but this year it was greatly cut down and the theme nights were a bit annoying! Fish was probably the only thing that you could get for every meal! We ended up eating out a lot more than we had planned to do because of how little choice the food was! The pool bar is now only if you have shoes on this has never happened in year before and the only sign for this appears to be on the bar after you have walked into the bar!!!
