this was our third visit to this hotel within two years. the standard of food has been kept at a very high standard and plenty of choice even for those who are very picky. the is also a very good ala carte restaurant its just a shame it is not open every night. the staff are great and go out of there way to help in anyway they are always cheerful and smiling.the hotel is kept to a very high standard and very clean in all departments and the room cleaners are all on top of there jobs some even sing while doing the cleaning. entertainment is very good something on every night and to all tastes of music. do give this hotel ago u will not be disapointed they really go the extra mile two make sure your holiday goes well.

We can only describe this hotel as outstanding. Staff were always happy and courteous and the evening entertainment was first class. We stayed from the 22nd of September for a week and the good weather certainly ensured we made use of the pool and roof terrace. Our room, 102 was ideally situated, with a lovely view of the coast. The only slight negative is that we found items belonging to the previous guests in the room that the cleaners hadn’t noticed. We are quite broad minded but a leopard skin thong with some kind of phallic attachment was not what we expected to find on the balcony. There was also a pair of handcuffs fastened to the bed! We handed the offending items to the receptionist. We hope the guests return next year to collect their ‘toys’.

Yet again, another fabulous time at this hotel. Every visit, this time our tenth, has been first class and the staff are exceptional. This time the food could have been a little hotter but it was still excellent with plenty choice. Tony, the restaurant manager, and his staff go above and beyond to make your mealtimes a pleasurable experience. The entertainment, which was chosen by the great entertainment manager, Jimmy, was also very good and well attended but some nights it would have been better to have it indoors as it was pretty chilly outdoors. We must mention our cleaner Loli. She is always smiling and singing and does a first class job with cleaning her allotted rooms. She is so very friendly too. The room we had this year, was a limited sea view room but the bed was a lot smaller than the beds in the sea view rooms. I cannot understand this, as there was plenty of room for a bigger bed and I may add that the bed was very creaky also. Time to replace some beds I think. Looking forward to our next visit but back to a sea view room with large comfortable bed!

Stayed at this hotel 16th to 30th October. The hotel is in an ideal position between cala bona and Sa coma. 25 mins walk to Cala bona and 40 mins to Sa coma. We also took a bus to Porto cristo which you catch near the fantasy park a few minutes walk away. The hotel is a good 4 star. The food is really good. The majority of staff are exceptional except a couple of grumpy ones on reception. Our cleaner Loli was amazing, always smiling, singing and trying to engage in conversation. One thing to note is the hotel starts to get ready for closing on 1st November so if you are leaving right at the end of the season there may only be a handful of guests in the hotel. The entertainment was to a good standard and involved the audience. My favourites were the comedian George and the classics man. Sometimes quizzes around the pool in the daytime but Jimmy please change the questions. The returning guests know all the answers and win every time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel but it could be made 5 star with a few tweaks. The beds are rock hard and even after requesting a mattress topper I found it hard to sleep in. You are only allowed 1 visit to the a la carte even if you are there for 2 weeks. This should be changed to once per week. On arrival the safe and towel arrangements were not explained and also it would be good to know how much the tourist tax would be at the end of your stay. For those of you wanting to know what the weather is like at this time of year we had one morning of rain. A storm through the night one night and a full day of cloud. The rest of the time was sunny with odd clouds.
