We have recently returned from this super hotel after successive visits and I really do find it hard to understand the negative remarks sometimes made in these reviews. The hotel cannot do enough for you and any query or request is dealt with professionally and always with a smile. The hospitality shown by all members of staff is, quite honestly, second to none. On the mention of staff, I could quite easily single people out for their helpfulness to us personally, but do not feel it fair as all the staff are wonderful. We were there when the building work was ongoing both in October ‘23 and June ‘24 and I would only re-iterate what has been said before that this is no fault of the Protur Playa and they should therefore not receive bad reviews for this reason. Thank you yet again for giving us a wonderful holiday and see you all again later in the year.

Hello I’m just on my way home and waiting for my flight but before leaving Palma i wanted to leave a review on the Protur Playa Cala Millor. I booked a 5 night stay and on arrival Daniel on reception was friendly and welcoming, he clearly explained the necessary dining information. The hotel was very clean everywhere was sparkling we were offered a welcome drink which was gratefully received. All the staff were always at hand if needed. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and were cleaned daily. Evening meals were either served at 6.30pm or 20.15 and you are allocated the same table to dine at all holiday, the food was very good and i would say all tastes were well catered for one particular mention goes to Alanny who cooked meats, fish etc whilst you waited. He always went the extra mile and delivered an exceptional service with a little pleasant conversation during the cooking period he was a credit to the dining room. All in all we’ve had a lovely stay in hotel that’s located near shops, bars, beach and also a 25 minute walk gets you to Cala Bona. Thanks to all staff for a lovely holiday we will be back September ❤️

Having just arrived back home , I feel I can tell you of my 3rd visit to this hotel, the 1st 2 visit's I couldn't fault but this time will be the last. Firstly they say you are unable to reserve sunbeds before 10am Which is when breakfast finishes (Good idea) , but this does not happen people were putting their towels out before 8am , so the only way to get one is you have to do the same the previous 2 visit's the door was locked . Another irritation was you cannot control your own room air-conditioning This is done centrally to the lowest setting which is a cold 22 degrees Shocking in my opinion, and it's only on at night as our room during the day was a chilly 24.7 degrees on average (What a joke) so don't expect to go to your room to chill-out during the day. Last thing I'm going to say as this will get boring otherwise is , when I went to breakfast on one day I sat on one of the outside tables it was layed chairs were in a certain position and the waitress came up to me and told me off as the chair I was in was very slightly in her way and told me like I was a child to move it I didn't even put it there they must have , me being angry by this point got up and told her in no-uncertain terms that you lot put it here not me. So I won't be going there again there a are few other gripes but what I've said above was enough to say Na that's it. Hope this helps someone in some way when choosing a hotel in Cala Millor.
