“Brilliant family holiday!”
Absolutely amazing hotel. We are a young family with a toddler. The appointment was clean and spacious. Every day, there is a variety of delicious food. Absolutely amazing hotel. We are a young family with a toddler. The appointment was clean and spacious. Every day, there is a variety of delicious food. Great kids swimming pool and activities, including evening disco. Nearby beach is small but good enough. We were told the bigger one is about 10 minutes away, but we felt there was no need to travel as the one close by was enough for us. Our toddled loved so much, he keeps asking when we go back to 'Majorca home'.... We loved it so much, we already booked next year holiday! 100% recommend 👌

I don’t normally write reviews but thought this experience needed one. I am writing this from the point of view of a single mum of a neurodivergent child who is well travelled but not used to all inclusive. I was very dubious as to what we would expect and on arrival , met with another traveler complaining that the restaurant had shut for lunch at 2.30pm ( if you read the info, you are informed of this) We where greeted by the friendliest receptionist we have ever met who put us in a buggy to get to our room. We stayed in block F. Which I might add was perfect on the balcony for the last of the sun. Each block has its own pool and I believe bar! The staff where amazing after a long summer and still had smiles on there faces. Food was good for AI- always a variety. Catered for all diets and if nothing suitable would try and help. Drinks- was a bit disappointing that cocktails where not included but the experience made up for it. ( they do have some) Help yourself, soft drinks, wine, beer and ice cream. Entertainment: there is a kids club everyday that we didn’t use. Activities on the stage all day. Yoga, archery etc. Night time entertainment: kids disco at about 8.15 . Followed by a show. This is where I have to mention Rosa— the most amazing person. The kids club rep. She deserves a medal! To get my daughter laughing, dancing and joining in with other children! We will never forget you. Thank you to the reception, the cleansers, the dinner staff. The bar staff especially chaiqib?? Have. A great break all of you .

“Really good for families”
Really enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of pools for the kids. good selection of food and drink. Short walk from the beach. Only thing letting it down is it doesn't have a shop on site. Staff are really friendly and good at their job. Place was clean and had a good atmosphere. Air con was amazing seein… more
Really enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of pools for the kids. good selection of food and drink. Short walk from the beach. Only thing letting it down is it doesn't have a shop on site. Staff are really friendly and good at their job. Place was clean and had a good atmosphere. Air con was amazing seeing as the temperatures were 37 degrees! Will return next year.

“Basic Apartments”
We had a pleasant week here mid October, we have stayed a few times before. The staff are great, it was actually nice and fairly peaceful this time. We had a pleasant week here mid October, we have stayed a few times before. The staff are great, it was actually nice and fairly peaceful this time. The apartments are spacious but dated, the fridge leaked and definitely needs replacing, limited cooking facilities only 2 hot plates again very dated. We didn’t pay much for the holiday so you can’t really complain, nice location easy to get to Cala Bona. We have stayed in the Protur hotels and apartments many times. We were unfortunate this time to have a chambermaid who did the bare minimum she never cleaned the floors, we stopped using her, on her day off the other lady cleaned everything and had a mop and bucket. On our last day the original woman met us coming out of the lift and said it is your last day tomorrow so no clean, I think she was making us aware in case we wanted to tip. We always tip the hotel staff and chambermaids but not this time.
