“Basic Hotel”

Basic Hotel, nice and clean. The personal was friendly and supported. The room was ok. No cash was taken on the hotel or in the restaurang. Near to the beach, shopping and restaurangs. A little bit cold in te poolwater.

Very good things: nice and cheerful cleaning staff, everywhere spotlessly clean areas, good and very varied food and dessert, nice and accommodating serving and kitchen staff, fresh produce and vegetables, near a very nice beach and many restaurants and cafes and grocery stores close by, shopping street which was just like the pedestrian street just outside the hotel but still quiet and nice, in some reviews it says it is close to a disco with very loud music but we noticed nothing at all, very soft and good mattresses and pillows, super good AC so you did not need to adjust the exhaust but it fanned down to the ground which then circulated and cooled down the whole room and that it was shut off automatically when opening the balcony door, very good pool with many sunbeds, unusual that there were vacant sunbeds even when going to the pool later than at 6 ... that they were not packed already then like some other hotels where you have to go up att 6 to reserve a chair by the pool. Less good things: no fridge, nothing to buy at the pool as snacks, they had only drinks and chips and ice cream, no filling of hygiene items except once on the first day at check-in. all in all a very good hotel that is highly recommended in a nice and cozy town.

Positives...good location.clean. Negatives..food was tasteless and usually cold..most nights they ran out of food long before service was over. Huge variety of food but they would be better having less choice and better quality. No fridge in the room and was refused a cup of ice and told to go to local supermarket for it! Entertainment went on till approx 11pm and was very noisy even with patio doors closed so couldn't sleep before then..cleaners woke us every morning early while doing their work..maybe a later start for them.would be a food idea...after all we are supposed to be on holiday!
