Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff Very comfy beds, clean room and bathroom Pool view room on second floor Blackout curtains, little noise and enough storage Friendly welcome with blue cava Special mention to Dario who looked after us well with good humour Food was great No issues at all Lovely outdoor seating area, omelette and other made to order goodies at breakfast Loved the ice cream All inclusive drinks were good Some nice alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails available Lovely pool with spa Bali beds were well worth the €22 a day Sun beds not too much of a problem but the usual 6 am brigade were out in force Pre booking a Bali bed if spending time by the pool was a great idea and meant we could relax and take our time Great service, entertainment a little hit and miss Some good acts, some not so good Beach just five minutes away as were shops and loads of bars and restaurants We were AI and didn’t eat out as we enjoyed the food Yes, you can find fault if you really look but to be honest we had a great time and felt well looked after. Can’t wait to return

“Family break away”

The location of this hotel is perfect, just across the road from Cala Gran beach and two minutes from shops and restaurants. The location of this hotel is perfect, just across the road from Cala Gran beach and two minutes from shops and restaurants. It is an old hotel but has undergone refurbishment, the rooms are modern and are a fairly standard side. The pool area, bar and restaurant are all lovely and modern. Breakfasts are good with all the usuals on offer with a choice of indoor or nice outdoor seating area. All the staff are friendly and helpful. This is an adult only hotel so definitely has a different vibe to other hotels we are used to, I did actually miss the sound of kids playing in the pool. The only negatives are the bedrooms doors, which are still the originals and very hard to close and the hallways and stairs - these are in need of a major refurb and clean! All other areas are spotless so it seems a real shame these are being neglected. Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely return,

“All good”

Lovely clean tidy hotel, central location, pool area lovely and clean, plenty of facilities, restaurant nice, only B&B and all good, only downside is the air con not the best and awful pungent sewage smell if bathroom plug not permanently kept down!

We stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 3 adults. The Sentido Tucan is centrally located - close to the beach, Marina and central Cala D'or. We stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 3 adults. The Sentido Tucan is centrally located - close to the beach, Marina and central Cala D'or. Staff are very welcoming especially in the bar and restaurant where they work hard and long hours. They are constantly checking with you and always smiling. Entertainment is excellent and night time However it is not a 4 star hotel and apart from reception area is in need of renovation. Carpets in the corridors are old and tatty and corridors smell badly of sewage or water. Beds are very poor quality, slim mattress topper on top of unsteady bed frame. Would be a lovely hotel if improvements made.
