We have just returned from here and from start to finish we have had an amazing time so much fun that we have already booked to come back next year. Children’s entertainment is beyond brilliant, the team are amazing with the children special thanks to Paige, Lorena, Alexia, Nacho, Diego, Titou and any others I have missed. The food is amazing, Breakfast is everything you could ask for, various English food, continental food, cereals etc. A special thank you to the chef for going out of his way every morning to get me a butter alternative from the kitchen due to me not being able to have butter I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Lunch we stayed around Sensiland (the kids pool) and ate from the snack bar, great for us for lunch, burgers, chicken burgers, chips, fresh pizza, sandwiches, chicken nuggets, salad, fruit plus more, food was kept hot and continuously topped up throughout the day. Evening meals were various themed nights, Monday Italian Tuesday Spanish Wednesday Mexican Thursday Indian Friday Asian Saturday American Sunday Mallorcan There were also plenty of food available even if you don’t fancy any of the themed foods, pasta available for the little ones who don’t fancy being adventurous, salad items, hams, cheeses, soups etc our 6 year old enjoyed the ice cream section making her own ice cream up. The rooms are good we chose an apartment, it was decent sized. Two single beds in the bedroom a small kitchen area including, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, two piece hob top, cups pots pans etc. Sofa bed in the lounge area, decent sized bathroom, a small breakfast bar, a decent sized balcony, we were in block F overlooking the kids pools. My only criticism is that the room was only cleaned twice in the week we were away, despite leaving the cleaning sign on the door, 3/4 times would of been nice as the floor did get dirty after we had some dirty sand rain. The drinks were really good in the all inclusive package Estrella being the beer and I was happy as it was proper Bacardi not cheap nasty one. Salma on the bar she is absolutely lovely all the bar staff are but she deserves a special mention. You can pay to be upgraded to include all the drinks but we were really happy with the drinks we got and felt no need to upgrade. I would really recommend this hotel it’s great for families with children, our family really have had an amazing time. Thank you and see you next year.

“Good Stay”

We have just stayed here for a week. The hotel is great for families/kids. The entertainment team are fantastic providing fun and activities everyday for children and adults. The snack bar food is fantastic, the restaurant food is ok. Cleaning standards need to be addressed ASAP. So many ants. ... more

We have just stayed here for a week. The hotel is great for families/kids. The entertainment team are fantastic providing fun and activities everyday for children and adults. The snack bar food is fantastic, the restaurant food is ok. Cleaning standards need to be addressed ASAP. So many ants. Balcony/courtyards not cleaned and floors not swept, just a mop thrown around. Overall a great stay but some things definitely need further attention.

We have had an amazing 10 days here. The hotel is clean and well located with lots of shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Upon arrival check in was super easy and a lovely gesture of champagne waiting for us as we have come for our family honeymoon. First day and the entertainment crew made their mark and how fantastic they have made it, my kids have loved all activities and my bigger kid (HUSBAND) has loved the grown up activities too the staff are all amazing but we want to give a special shout out to DIEGO, ARMAND and NACHO these 3 in particular made the clubs and our stay here so much fun. Thank you too Marrsenses for our lovely stay.

“An ok stay”

We stayed for 8 nights from 15th June as 4 adults and one toddler. I would say it is a 3 star hotel from our experience and not a 4. We stayed for 8 nights from 15th June as 4 adults and one toddler. I would say it is a 3 star hotel from our experience and not a 4. Check in: was quick and the lady on the desk was lovely, the tourist tax is paid at check in. We had alot of cases with us and were shocked that for a family hotel there was no one to assist with luggage to our room or any trolleys available. The lady in reception helped us carry our bags to our room which was quite a distance away. I feel there should be some staff available to help with luggage as the hotel is spread out and most people there have young children with them. Rooms were nice but we were on the ground floor and there were a lot of ants, my mums room was on the first floor and she had no issues with this so I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor. Rooms have a table, two stools, empty fridge and kettle. The beds were very uncomfortable we found a spare duvet in the wardrobe and lay this on top of the bed as we all had sore backs by day 3. One major safety aspect of the rooms is that even when the door is bolted from the inside it only prevents someone opening it from the outside. our toddler was constantly able to open the door from the inside, which caused me a lot of anxiety. We ended up blocking the door with suitcases every night as I had an image of him wakening and opening the door. Pools are nice and clean however when we booked it wasn’t split into adult only and family so we were restricted to using 3 pools instead of 5. I only found out a couple of months before we travelled and I felt we should have been reimbursed for this as it wasn’t what we booked.Unless you are in the adults only section you are not allowed to even walk through it. The pools there looked much nicer and had a view of the beach. Location is good to the street with restaurants bars and usual tourist souvenir shops. A further 15 min walk takes you to Cala d’Or centre which has some nicer shops and a larger range of restaurants and bars. The big downfall for us was the food. Breakfast was ok the usual buffet breakfast abroad however dinner was awful. The food was cold by the time it was brought to the table. Every night was a theme unfortunately we had the experience of 2 Sunday nights where it’s rabbit stew or pork. There was pork or fish every night, very little selection of anything other meats and when there was it was either undercooked or very greasy and fatty. Lunch could either be in the restaurant from 1-3pm or the snack bar at the kids splash pool until 6. The snack bar is not what we had imagined- it is fried food left out for guests to serve themselves and it’s uncovered so insects were landing on it constantly. There’s a fridge with fruit and burger baps and some other things in it, at any other all inclusive we’d been to the food was cooked fresh at the pool bar and served at the table. Also the ice cream and ice pops aren’t branded they are in a freezer and everyone helps themselves. If you want scooped ice cream during the day you have to get it from the restaurant between 1pm and 3pm. Other all inclusive we’d been to served magnums, cornettos and scooped ice cream unlimited. Overall we felt disappointed in our stay as I truly didn’t feel it was a 4 star experience however we heard other guests saying how they’d booked for the following year but it wasn’t for us and we won’t be returning.
