Currently on our last day at this stay and what a place it is. The entertainment staff were way beyond expectations, Diego, paige, Lorenna, Jordan Nacho and the rest of the team were upbeat, lively, fun and fully engaged all the children. The rooms were spotless, the view was STUNNING. My daughter wanted to attend every event possible that was scheduled just to be in their presence. The food was 9/10 brilliant, large variety, freshly cooked and the staff in the resturant were exceptional, very attentive and I've never had my plates cleared so fast with perfect manners. The location is also perfect, although it's more of a lively town than I depicted from the Internet, the beach is literally a 4 minute walk from the resturant and access to the town, 10 minute walk, access to the ting ting, also about the same. The drinks are VERY GENEROUS, so be warned, it's not like 2 drinks back in the UK. The general vibe of the place was friendly, welcoming and inclusive. I can not rate this place highly enough and we are already planning our return. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and for the many giggles and memories you have given us x

“Fabulous hotel with great entertainment”

We have been 5 times to this hotel and it never disappoints. The entertainment team are so fabulous and put every effort into the kids club and evening entertainment. The food is great with something for everyone and the location is perfect.

This hotel is ideal for families and adults only as there are facilities for each that allow privacy and space as needed. This hotel is ideal for families and adults only as there are facilities for each that allow privacy and space as needed. Visited in Oct 24 and the pools and facilities did not have a lot of people there which made it much more enjoyable, just enough people to be able to socialise and also relax peacefully. Staff were very friendly and it’s right next to a lovely beach (the sea was much warmer than the water in the hotel swimming pools). There was always stuff going on during the day to keep adults and children entertained and the food had a lot of variety and tasted good. There didn’t seem to be much nearly apart from a few tourist shops selling souvenirs and some children’s amusement areas with bouncy castles and go karts. But it didn’t matter for the length of time we stayed as we spent most of the time in the pool or at the beach due to the nice weather. Some rain but never lasted very long. “It was ok.”

Rooms are a bit tired and we had ants in there for a few days. However rooms do appear clean. Tea and coffee in room a bit stingy, no milk, couple of teabags. Shower was very powerful but somedays no hot water Food in main restraunt plentiful and ok but I have had better. Staff helpful and friend… more

Rooms are a bit tired and we had ants in there for a few days. However rooms do appear clean. Tea and coffee in room a bit stingy, no milk, couple of teabags. Shower was very powerful but somedays no hot water Food in main restraunt plentiful and ok but I have had better. Staff helpful and friendly. Restraunt very busy, to noisy for me and had to sit at seperate tables sometimes, mind you there was 8 of us. Entertainment ok for kids of a day time nice animation team. Night time could have been better but still not bad, kids enjoyed it though. Outside food area well stocked and tasty I did enjoy that area. Kids swimming pool great. The beer consisted of one brand Estrella, which I don't particularly like but I drunk it anyway it did the job. One last thing, requested a morning wake up call We never got it. Fortunately I set my alarm. I informed the reception on leaving and they told me they did phone the room but we never answered Mmmm I was awake but never heard a call. They said they would check the phone. That could have cost me a lot of money as I would have missed my taxi, at £125 quid that's a expensive error. All in all I enjoyed the holiday but would not go that hotel again at that time of year as everything was closed(Oct-nov).
