We keep returning to this fabulous hotel , we use it as room only as all amenities are near by and the rooms are so fantastic, clean , airy and comfortable. The new improved pool area is just beautiful with loads of dappled shade given by pine trees or a bed in direct sunlight with a brolly always available with out a rush to chuck your towel on in the morning. The staff are always helpful and friendly and remain professional at all times . Can’t recommend enough.

“Just a fantastic place to go near bar's and restaurants shops and beaches night life is great”

Staff are very friendly cleaners great 😃 Only thing was the out door restaurant and bar half a lager and cocktail 18 Euros very expensive pool's were fantastic and breakfast was great would go back again been there 3 times children's night club has gone

“Avoid if you have children”

This hotel is lovely looking, great location and very clean, however if you have children, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere, otherwise, children will be board. It is lacking an atmosphere. I love music, dancing, aqua aerobics, there is nothing like this here....it is completely dead. I was board most of the time and won't be coming back. I am rating the location, hotel staff and cleanliness which I give 5 stars. The entertainment, vibes, atmosphere 0 stars, which is a real shame. Some very bad decisions have been made by the management which will ruin the future of this place!

“Great Hotel for adults but not for kids.”

I originally booked this hotel at the end 2023 while it was still advertised as a family hotel. Clearly there was a decision by management during 2024 to remove most kids entertainment leaving a basic mini club for toddlers and very little else. No pool entertainment (not even music) leaves the hotel somewhat lacking any good vibes which I was expecting when I booked the hotel as this was advertised at the time of my booking. I think this move by management was quite sneaky and was probably known at the end of last season. I would probably have booked Zafiro Bahia instead as this is much livelier for children during the day with music, pool games and has proper kids entertainers. For that reason I cannot recommend this Hotel to families with younger children. Note that children can't even throw a ball in the pool and there is a strict 20 min towel removal in operation which is inconsistent. I get the feeling that the intention of management for this hotel is to phase out the focus on kids in favour of an adult hotel. If this is not the case then they are doing a very poor job at providing a child friendly atmosphere. On the plus side though I do have to say that all the staff are amazing and very friendly. The hotel is immaculate. The balcony is huge and the rooms are lovely. The pool is also nice. They even provided a room on the top floor as requested before arrival which was great. The food is good and the location is perfect for the cala d'or strip with bars and restaurants and only 2 mins away from supermarkets. Only 7 mins away from the nearest beach. So, to summarise...if you have much older teens or are a couple then I can fully recommend this hotel. If you have kids who like to be entertained during the day then look elsewhere. I wouldn't come back for that reason and will probably book Hotel Zafiro Bahia next summer.
