“Great resort”
The room cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very good, the hotel location near the beach was great , great pools excellent. We all enjoyed the short distance to the Cala d'or bars and restaurants. The Swordfish boat trip was very good.

“Stunning Esmeralda 😃”
It was the most beautiful holiday The resort was stunning!We stayed in the Inturotel Esmeralda and for the first time ever stayed self catering..Found it perfect for our needs..Small supermarket on site and very reasonably priced with the most lovely man on the till who was so polite and friendly … more
It was the most beautiful holiday The resort was stunning!We stayed in the Inturotel Esmeralda and for the first time ever stayed self catering..Found it perfect for our needs..Small supermarket on site and very reasonably priced with the most lovely man on the till who was so polite and friendly ..Lovely restaurants close by and beautiful coves within walking distance..I walk with a crutch and never found anywhere too far,the ground was flat which made it easier as in the uk i find the cambers of the pavements challenging..If I could have changed one thing then it would have been to go to the adult only on the site but overall it was absolutely beautiful!10 stars

Perfect hotel for families. Perfect location on the beach. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and lots of activities for the kids. Only point of improvement - Food could be better. “Too much plastic in the ocean”
Very nice hotel. But I was sad to see how much plastic that is floating in the ocean. To my knowledge there was no efforts from any direction to clean up the beach. “Lovely holiday, weather was perfect but probably wouldn't return to this complex”

we arrived back in england after an 11 night stay at the Interotel esmeralda park . overall we enjoyed our holiday , but we found the restaurants to be very busy , noisy and children running everywhere which could be extremely dangerous not only for holiday makers, but your staff if one of these restaurants could be made adults only it would be far nicer for the people there without children. We also found the activities were very few and far between for adults. darts and football seem to be played every day, but as far as things like Pétanque, Aqua, Table Tennis for adults, pool, it was very limited if non-existent. when we arrived. We had BBC One, ITV1,2 3&4 . after day five. All we had was BBC One, ITV3 and ITV4. We asked at reception if this could be repaired every day for the following six days, and nothing was ever done about it. We were also very surprised to find in a huge complex like yours. There was no weekend evening entertainment on Saturday or Sunday and I was very disappointed in the price. I was charged for an orange juice which was €8 which made us seek alternative entertainment on other evenings. On a plus side, the whole complex was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful when asked any directions The gluten free options in the restaurant were very limited, although they were very happy to supply gluten-free chips every evening
