Had a week in this hotel in June I was really surprised at the standard of it All the staff were so friendly and helpful The food was excellent plenty of choice for every one also the drinks were good i drink vodka and was served the local one but I asked for Smirnoff and was served it Room was a little small but ok one small point it could of been a bit cleaner We flew with TUI they don’t have a rep in this hotel and when I tried phoning them it just went off after 2 rings I was getting really upset as I couldn’t seem to check in for the flight back home or get the boarding passes but ANNA on the front desk was really lovely and sorted every thing out for me even though they were so busy So a big thankyou to ANNA

“Wow Amazing! Best all inclusive we’ve been to!”

Wow what an hotel! We’ve have come back from the best holidays we’ve ever been on. We have been to “4* hotels” in the past but this hotel is deffo meets the 4* hotel. Wow what an hotel! We’ve have come back from the best holidays we’ve ever been on. We have been to “4* hotels” in the past but this hotel is deffo meets the 4* hotel. Pros: professional and welcoming staff from the reception all the way to the chefs etc you can tell they take pride in their job and the hotel. The smell in the reception is amazing! Clean pools - with a lifeguard on stand by at the side of the pool A good variety of cocktails, spirits, soft drinks - mostly branded stuff! You get discounts if you’re all inclusive on the higher end cocktails such as aperol spritz and espresso martini! A good variety of different foods in the buffet restaurant deffo if you’re a meat lover different cuts of pork, beef and chicken! Decent size rooms - only thing I would say there is hardly no storage to put your clothes away only one drawer and a couple of shelves Big spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with complimentary tooth brush’s, shoe shine, sewing kits and the rest! House keeping in everyday to empty the bins make the beds Decent air con No need to bring a portal clothes line as they have a airer on the wall Own excess to the beach - the beach gets really busy and you have to rent to sun-beds down there as they aren’t part of the hotel The hotel is situated in a really good location with shops, restaurants and cocktails bars close by. They have plenty of activities for the kids close by too with a bouncy castle and rides! With a 15min walk into Cala D’Or strip Cons: The food does get a abit samey if you’re here longer than a week Only a small kids pool with no slides or anything making it a kids pool as sometimes adults tend to sit in there an sunbath I could see the sunbeds in the hotel being a problem as they don’t seem to be enough during the low season and term time

“Such a lovely hotel with professional and attentive staff”

I found this hotel wonderful. From the comfy beds to the helpfulness of all the staff. The choice of foods was exceptional catering for all diets and needs. The plates at times could have been warmer so the food stayed hotter but with the windows open to allow airflow makes it difficult

Rooms small little storage space, food could be more varied, outside area cramped . good access to beach and cocktails were of a good standard. Shame there was nowhere to eat outside
