What a perfect first holiday abroad with our 1 year old! The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, beaches and only 20 mins into the main town. Two great pools for all of us and then one adult only pool. All the staff were lovely and so friendly and welcoming to our baby boy. It was a great hotel for families who want to relax and not be in the heart of the hustle and bustle, but want the option of activities a short walk away. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfy and the balcony with a sea view was glorious! We didn’t want to leave!!!! Thank you very much for our stay.

“Lovely location but an awful smell and damp in the room”

Just returned from a lovely four night stay with 2 girlfriends for a mini break away. The hotel is situation in a very pretty location on a cliff edge in Cala egos. The views were beautiful and the hotel in the main was clean and well maintained. We were all inclusive and found the food to be good and varied although if staying for a longer time would imagine you’d want to eat out occasionally. Cocktails were not really drinkable which was a shame but not a huge problem. There were 2 pools including one quiet pool. Spa facilities also available. The entertainment we saw was good. We stayed in room A216 and had stunning sea/pool views and a large balcony. The room was large for three of us but the only issue was there was an awful smell which we were told was due to recent storms but felt the room was a bit fusty and damp. Our clothes had a strange smell after being in the wardrobe and the drainage was definitely a problem. The bathroom was suffering from damp conditions and there were a few rust and mildew marks etc. see pics. Bottled water is required even if boiling for a coffee etc as was not suitable from the tap. The location is good for views. Supermarket 5 mins walk and shops and bars about 15 mins walk. Cala dor centre was €8 and 5 mins in a taxi or the road train was an alternative if you were in no rush. The hotel had a friendly feel to it and not overwhelming as a complex. If you want a nice family break or a few nights away with friends I would recommend. There was a large group of men staying who were quite noisy etc and would say they’d have been better staying somewhere else as it is not a party party hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, not far walk from a beach and cala dor. Restaurants short walk away, few supermarkets ect. The rooms are large and quite up to date, but not the cleanest room ive ever stayed in. Two pools, lots of sunbeds. Bar at only one pool. €10 deposit for pool towels. Daytime and nighttime entertainment is good, mainly child based. All inclusive food is very average, not a lot to chose from but they do different stuff everyday. There is a vegetarian section of about 4 options. All inclusive drinks, large variety of cocktails and alcohols. You cannot get bottled water? You have to pay for bottles of water otherwise there are water taps. Found this bit bazaar. On our first day you could pour as many drinks as you liked and can get your own cups ect. But this later changed and you now have to pay a €1 deposit to have a cup?? Otherwise you cannot have a drink. Also found this bazaar. A person we was with lost their phone here, we went to reception and was told it wasn’t there… we tracked the phone to the reception and was then eventually given it back…..a bit concerning. Overall an average family friendly hotel. But i personally wouldn’t come back but only to see the resident cat that lives here.

Great looking hotel but a few things let it down, telephone signal near zero and WiFi only ok. Today it’s 15.00 pm and the room hasn’t been cleaned yet this has happened most days. It is clean and I can see staff working but want to go back to a clean room in the afternoon. The distance to Cala dot is a little too far for a nice walk so end up using taxis more than we thought. We where b&b and breakfast just adequate not great apart from freshly made croissants and pastries, my wife’s comment breakfast ok apart from coffee the juices and the fruit which are all looking to save money over quality Beautiful views don’t make up for its shortcomings
