“Great Hotel”

Just back from a half term week for Halloween. Two adults and a 13 & 12yr old. Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. The mattresses and pillows were really comfy, we stayed in a family room with a large balcony. Room was cleaned everyday and was really large with two double beds and 2 chairs. I've heard people complaining that the hotel was French orientated, however, although there was a lot of French families there we found them all polite. The food selection was excellent for all inclusive , with lots of choice even on the last night when the hotel was closing. Ignore the complaints about cold food, if you really want it piping hot , stick it in the microwave for a minute. Would definitely recommend the hotel for families with young children

“HONEST REVIEW FROM YOUNG FAMILY”

Not a 4* resort, however not absolutely awful. Area was very quiet and really didn't have any appeal. We travelled into arenal 4/7 days because we were so bored. The entertainment team were almost non-existent during the day unless you are French. Food was average most days, snack bar is disgust… more

Not a 4* resort, however not absolutely awful. Area was very quiet and really didn't have any appeal. We travelled into arenal 4/7 days because we were so bored. The entertainment team were almost non-existent during the day unless you are French. Food was average most days, snack bar is disgusting.. wouldn't feed it to my dog. Drinks were ok, long que's for snack bar during the day as its the only bar, and the night time bar was even worse. Rooms were really nice though, and cleaned every day. Pools- The children's pool was SO SO dangerous, kids slipping all day.. everyday. (unsure why parents don't have the brains to get non slip shoes for their kids). Had to kind off move about to follow the sun, and you cant access the pools till bang on 10am and kids pool closes at 5pm on the dot, bigger pool is 6pm (stupid and staff very rude about it) All in all, ok for a short cheap break but 100% would not recommend nor return.

“Felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel”

Rooms were decent and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food however wasn’t great, and there wasn’t a lot of options for kids especially. Rooms were decent and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food however wasn’t great, and there wasn’t a lot of options for kids especially. Additionally, the pool was absolutely freezing. The area overall was very quiet, if that’s what you’re after, and only a 15 minute bus ride to Arenal. Would love to visit Mallorca again, but would probably stay on a different part of the island to get a different experience. Overall 3/5 stars.

“Ok but not great!”

First of all I never write reviews but this I feel is needed! Location: yes quiet, however bonus to the hotel for putting on the buses to Palma and beach (even though there was a bus strike it only affected one day) local restaurants and shops for everything needed Entertainment: not great at all, need something more in the daytime even a bit of background music around all pools would be something but this depended on which lifeguard was working if they connected their phone or not! Nighttime was not much better! Also a note - do not think lifeguards are watching pools I sat and watched them just doing nothing/wondering around or on their phones! Food: Basic all inclusive food, which was ok -weird theme nights where it’s Mexican with steak being cooked. Breakfast was the better meal out of all - but flies a massive issue over the bread (uncovered) and in the snack bar! Definitely plastic covers needed! Also food is lukewarm at best - not hot at all! Yes there are microwaves but shouldn’t have to use these! Drinks: not too bad in snack bar but in main bar they weren’t great - also cocktails not included so have to pay for these apart from 2 of their own making which are not really cocktails! Wine out of taps and horrible! Staff were ok and friendly Rooms: small for a family of 4 and tiny balcony - sofa bed not build for comfort! Maids make beds daily but towels not changed and also when we came back after maid had been there was a match down the toilet! Very strange! Also it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived - shower and floor in room was dirty! Air con didn’t work- luckily not really needed! Pools: absolutely freezing! My kids tried to make the best of these but they were horrible! Splash park good but on the back of hotel so away from pool area - still cold there- need to look into getting heated pools! Lots of sun beds and again flies annoying round pools! Overall we made the best of a not so great time (luckily weather ok) even kids weren’t impressed compared to other holidays and they are easily pleased! Talking to others also there were not so impressed either! This hotel can definitely not be classed as a 4 star! It isn’t a place we would visit again unfortunately!
