We enjoyed a week at the Condesa. The facilities were excellent and the location on the beach was very nice. The employees at the Condesa were all very helpful in making our stay as good as possible. Thanks to Sergio for excellent service and for making our arrival and departure as easy and convenient as possible. We will certainly return.

“The little things let it down”

This was our second time back, came last year , and definitely been some changes some good and not so good , the bracelets are great saves carrying a card around though maybe make them a bit stronger had 4 replaced , no champagne on arrival anymore , and shame about Don Jamie not opening at lunch... more

This was our second time back, came last year , and definitely been some changes some good and not so good , the bracelets are great saves carrying a card around though maybe make them a bit stronger had 4 replaced , no champagne on arrival anymore , and shame about Don Jamie not opening at lunchtime anymore, and no afternoon cakes , and no chalk for the pool table ,and still Ants on the card table they were there last year, rooms definitely need a upgrade , food drink staff cleanness beach swimming pool all fantastic, it was just the little things that let it down , hope you do take note will be back but not for a few years

We spent a week in Hotel Condesa with my husband and another couple. On our first day we arrived at 11pm, so the receptionist said that we can have lunch on our last day as we did not consume anything on our first day. We paid for the all inclusive package. On our last day I went to the front desk at 7am to ask a late check out as our flight was at 8pm and left the hotel at 4pm. We wanted to keep at least one of the rooms till 4. The receptionist said that noone is arriving to one of the rooms, so it seems like we can keep it, but he has to talk to the manager and told me to go back at 9am. He also told me that if we can not keep any of the rooms they still can offer a shower room where we can each spend 15 minutes. I went back at 9 and they said that they can not provide the late check out and we have to leave at 11am. I then ask about the shower room, but by that time there was no space, it was all booked. So we ended up leaving without taking a shower and had to change in the toilet in the lobby. For 400 something rooms they only have 1 shower room. At 11am they also cut our bracelets, so no free drinks after check out. They could have been a little bit more flexible after that we did not consume anything on our first day. We got our lunch though as promised. Staff was nice. But every morning from 7:30 cleaning staff was talking and yelling to each other very loud while doing their work. Food is nothing special. Rooms are not like on the photos. Renovation would be needed on the bathrooms very much. For the beach towels you have to pay 10€ deposit. Safe box is also 3,75€/day. There is nothing really close by to the hotel. If you would like to go to restaurants or bars you either have to grab a taxi or walk a lot.
