Review We are a family of adults Stayed 6th July for 10 nights This is a small hotel with mixed nationalities as guests. We booked one single and two twin rooms via tui Arrival It’s About a 50 minutes transfer from the airport. We were welcomed on arrival by the receptionist. Given our room keys and paid the tourist tax Didn’t get any information about the hotel on arrival. Later realised the QR code on the key gave information Room My room was a single room 111. I requested a first floor room and I got it. The single rooms are tiny, 12 m2 but functional. I would have loved a double bed but It wouldn’t have fit in. I do think my balcony was bigger than my room. My view was the fire escape. There was a drying rack, table and one chair on the balcony. The bathroom was nice with a walk in shower but it flooded the room. I turned my bed side ways to make the room bigger. The others had a room on the third floor and fifth floor Pool There are 2 pools. Main pool and baby pool. Both are very small Plenty of sunloungers. You don’t have to get up early . If you are a big family you will need to nab your loungers by 8am. There is a sun terrace that no one uses in the first floor too. There are plenty of spare beds dotted about if there are only 2 of you. The snack bar and pool bar open from 10.30am. Bar They have a good selection of drinks and it’s proper Pepsi. They have 5 cocktails choices for all inclusive but they are pre mixed and not made fresh. They were popular The queue to the bar can get big on a night No self serve drinks at all as and 2 alcoholic drinks per person at a time Restaurant 8-10am 1-3pm 630-9pm Snack bar 1030-6pm The snack bar next to the pool serves burgers chips and hot dogs and pizza The food in the restaurant is very poor and I’m not picky at all. Nothing for kids at all only in the snack bar. You won’t starve but you also won’t put any weight on. No vegetarian or vegan choices The coffee here is lovely I have stayed at many Globales hotels and this is the poorest for its food choices Shops Literally outside are two spar shops that open 730am and you are surrounded by shops. Lidl and Burger King are 13 minutes walk. A great selection of Shops bars and restaurants just outside the hotel Beach 3.5 minute walk to the beach. I walked the promenade every day from the harbour/port to the other end You are right in the resort so plenty of shops bars and restaurants. It’s a runners paradise here on a morning Inside: there is an inside lounge with a tv with sports on. Ask them to put on what you want. All the euro 24 games were on here tv. The bar never opened here. There was also and Indoor stage for maybe when it rained? There is a lounge on the first floor too that is completely unused Entertainment Daytime activities start at 11am and they vary from shooting, archery, darts, ping pong, aqua gym, yoga. They were repeated ever 2 days so it got boring Night entertainment starts 830 with the mini disco, bingo then 10pm is the show The Anamacion team were great. The 2 men tried to get you involved in everything. They were very skilled with shooting etc too Lifts: 2 lifts for the whole hotel so long waits. Thankfully I never had to use them Hotel itself was spotless I’d love to say the rooms were cleaned daily but the bed was made and towels changed. No cleaning at all. Maybe if the floor was swept and mopped it would stop the cockroaches This hotel could definitely make an improvements if it added some extras like A gym. There is so much dead space inside that could fit a gym A hot tub on the roof terrace or even showers to cool yourself down as it’s a trek to the pool A coffee machine for all inclusive guests in reception would be useful for early mornings as breakfast doesn’t open till 8am Or disposable coffee cups in the restaurant so you can take one out with you They need food for children in the restaurant Based on my review I would give the hotel 3.5/5 I would return again in the future

This is a good 3* hotel. As a vegetarian, only the choice of food let it down for me. Staff are friendly, and on arrival we checked in to room 803. This had an amazing view over the pool area to the beach. The room was modern and was cleaned daily. When I requested a softer mattress, the staff had it changed over that day. We chose this location as we wanted to be by the beach, but close to the port area and in walking distance to the old town. It takes just over twenty minutes to reach the old town. It’s absolutely beautiful and a nice place for a drink and to people watch. We stayed for two weeks and as a non meat eater, I struggled with the evening meals. There are plenty of vegetables and salad, but nothing specifically vegetarian. I felt like I was eating pasta or chips with each meal. We ate out every other night and found some great local restaurants that cater for vegetarians. The pool bar provides a buffet lunch, but it’s mainly hotdogs, burgers and pizza (often meat pizza). The drinks are as expected…coloured cocktails, beer, wine, cava, spirits, etc. Bar staff work hard and are friendly. The pool is on the small side, but I prefer the beach. If you do, take a mat and buy a beach umbrella from the shop. Cheaper than renting beds if you’re just going over for a couple of hours each day. The lift situation can be difficult as there are only two, and one was out of order for our last week. I don’t mind walking down from the eighth floor, but I don’t want to walk up! Overall, this hotel is well situated, clean and friendly. I would recommend it.

staff are kind and helpful :) maids cleaned room everyday. food choices were limited, the snack bar was better than the actual restaurant. drinks were also quite limited with all inclusive, the rest of the cocktails you had to pay for. rooms don’t have sealed proof doors, heard all the banging... more

staff are kind and helpful :) maids cleaned room everyday. food choices were limited, the snack bar was better than the actual restaurant. drinks were also quite limited with all inclusive, the rest of the cocktails you had to pay for. rooms don’t have sealed proof doors, heard all the banging from people slamming their doors closed, if you’re wanting to go bed early good luck with that can hear everything from outside 10x louder, especially euros final all i could hear was car beeps and people shouting. entertainment is a hit or miss, children’s disco was the same every night. one plug socket in the whole room, no where near the bed. bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower

My husband and I have been coming to the condes for many years, often twice a year, and have always been very happy with the hotel, the staff especially, and the standard of service. Always been happy with the food available in the restaurant - until this visit. We've always managed to find something nice to eat in the past, but this year I have to say we struggled. We ended up with a cheese Baguette on three nights of a seven night holiday. The snack bar was much better, burgers and pizzas always good, so we had lunch there most days instead of the restaurant. We noticed the management leaving the restaurant and appearing in the snack bar 5 minutes later, so it looked like they couldnt find anything edible either!! Breakfast has always been good here, but most mornings the wait for eggs and bacon to appear could be 10 to 15 minutes, and even then the eggs were hard and cold. A couple of days before we were due to leave we were woken up at 5.30 am by lots of shouting in the corridor outside our room, and upon investigation turned out to be a burst water pipe from the floor above with water cascading into the corridor and under our door so that we were paddling in water and having to move everything up off the floor whilst stuffing towels under the door to try and stop the flooding. I understand these things can't be helped, but nobody came to see whether we were OK, or had anything been damaged, or even an apology would have been nice. Not even acknowledged! Sorry condes, the quality of this lovely hotel has dropped significantly, and was very disappointing this year. We will visit alcudia again, maybe not staying here though.

I’d feel bad giving it less than a 3, as the staff are friendly and do the best they can with what they have. Bed was uncomfortable and too small, room was too hot (air conditioning not on), hot food choices limited and bland, urgent lift maintenance required to fix the one out of order. There are a lot of elderly needing to use these lifts and with only 2 in operation, it’s a little chaotic!
