I went for a week with my 15 years old daughter. We both had a great time. Room with a sea view on the 8th floor was small but enough for us. It was very clean and decorated nice. Beds are comfortable just nit the pillows. Beautiful beach is very close to the hotel (like 2 mins walk) and Old Town just 15 mins walk or by bus from just around the corner. We had a great time in the evenings thanks to amazing animation team. They were very friendly, funny and I think they speak in every possible language 🙃 which makes every quest comfortable. Lukasz and Iwan thank you for making our stay fun! There are activities during the day and everyone can choose something. Food was nice and different every day. There was so much choice and I think everyone could find something to enjoy. Bar and restaurant staff were nice and friendly too. I read reviews about life guard being rude… and he is a bit harsh with guests but we were greeting him with a smile and he was polite to us. Air conditioner works well and we could cool down after a long day in a sun. The only annoying thing was lift. Only one tiny lift was working and it could be a long wait sometimes. However we were allowed to use staff lift which was very helpful.

Honest review on a good hotel right across from the beach. We paid £749pp for a weeks stay here all inclusive from 01/08/24 -08/08/24 which was a great price for peak season. We had a room on the 7th floor with great views over the pool/sea. The rooms are spotlessly clean but on the small side but enough room for 2 people. No kettle, Iron or fridge in the rooms which you definitely could do with especially a fridge to keep bottled water in as temperature was 38 degrees most days. Air conditioning very poor for the time of year, set at 22 degrees so doesn’t get any cooler than that. We ate in the hotel every day & found the food very good, I honestly don’t know why people complain about the food here, there’s something for everyone & always tasty. We normally like to have our evening meals out in different restaurants but couldn’t justify paying £60-£70 for something you could plate up in the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly & helpful but maybe the poolside guard can be a bit stern but I didn’t see him giving out to anyone apart from one person eating her lunch sitting at the side of the pool. He’s an older man that is maybe set in his ways. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking a good 3* hotel close to the beach & numerous shops etc. I would only return if it was out of season due to the rooms being so warm with poor air con. “Not what I expected”

Didn't know what to expect from my 1st all inclusive holiday. So here goes.... food seems to b the same each night. Lunch, poolside etc. No variations. I have dietary requirements but we weren't allowed in to the dining area out of hours to get water etc. Only 1 lift working for over 8 floors. ... more

Didn't know what to expect from my 1st all inclusive holiday. So here goes.... food seems to b the same each night. Lunch, poolside etc. No variations. I have dietary requirements but we weren't allowed in to the dining area out of hours to get water etc. Only 1 lift working for over 8 floors. And it only holds 4 people. Our rooms dated .. Walls paper thin and u can hear the other rooms using their loo and shower which is unpleasant. Our balcony didn't get sun day or afternoon . Unfortunately it rained 3 days we were there but that's nobody's fault. I'm sorry to say that my cheaper self catering rooms in a nearby block were cleaner and better presented so I doubt I'd do all inclusive here again. Main issue was food at the lift. From what I gather the other lift has been broken for some time.
