Nice hotel in a lovely location. Staff are excellent and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The bath was tired in our room but we only used the shower so were not bothered. “Beautiful Hotel”
Just spent two weeks in this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, so peaceful and our room had a lovely view over the marina. The hammock on the balcony is a really unique and lovely touch. Just spent two weeks in this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, so peaceful and our room had a lovely view over the marina. The hammock on the balcony is a really unique and lovely touch. The infinity pool is massive with a stunning backdrop however is a tad on the chilly side so wasn't used as much as we would have liked. We never had any issues getting sunbeds. All the staff are so helpful, friendly and always recognise you. Special mentions to Marcel on reception who booked a couple of our trips and was always so friendly and Antonio in the bar who always knew our order. If we are ever back in Alcudia we won't be staying anywhere else.

Had an amazing stay here with the family. From the moment we arrived ALL the staff were brilliant. The rooms were clean and modern. We had 2 rooms next to each other so had a double mini private garden. The pool is lovely with fantastic views across the bay which was very therapeutic watching people trying their water sports in the sea. The pool didn't feel busy, it was never a problem to get a sunbed and the water aerobics was great fun. Good choices for breakfast which changed slightly daily. The lunch snacks were delicious and the bar was a delight to come back to at the end of the evening to wind down, watch the entertainment, sip on the BEST cocktails (which weren't shy on the alcohol), enjoy the views and have good banter with the bar staff. Only a short walk to other bars, restaurants, shops and water sports. All the staff worked so hard, always smiling and are a credit to the hotel, we will definitely be back.

Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. There were simply no negatives. The staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The pool is a great size, lovely and warm with fantastic views across the bay. We stayed B&B and breakfast was plentiful. The location is superb - a very short stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops but extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but still close to all the action. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, stunning views over the bay and of the sunset from the pool and the bar and restaurant, cocktails are delicious and we had lunch in the snack bar, which was also delicious, we had breakfast and it was plentiful and tasty. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the port to choose from, it gets very busy but we loved coming back to the bar as it had the best view and chilled evening entertainment. All the staff are friendly and helpful. You get a free paddle boarding voucher with your room, to use in the bay. The beds are really comfy, we got a ground floor room, so no hammock, which was a shame. The pool is beautiful and we never had trouble getting a sun bed at anytime of day, we loved sitting at the front and watching all the activity in the bay. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars is because the WiFi didn’t work for the whole 10 days we were there, we reported it several times but it never really worked anywhere for us, not a problem for me but a big problem for my teenage daughter! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Port de Alcudia.
