We have just returned back from our holiday in Alcudia. We stayed at the Bordoy Hotel. The service we received was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Ricard, Joan, Juan and Joseph. These lads had great banter and made our holiday. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. These were cleaned e everyday. There was alot of choice with the food, the breakfast was the best. The only thing at meals was that the butter was always hard and couldn't be spread straight away. You also had a night in their al a carte restaurant which was a let down as there was no music playing and the food was better in the main dining area. Also there needs to be more choice of cocktails on their all inclusive. We tried to upgrade our drinks but the all inclusive was the highest deal. Overall we had a great time and are thinking of going back next year.

This hotel was basic, entertainment was poor, food repetitive and bland. I think they were pushing it by rating it a 4 star. We booked a superior room and there was little difference, so wouldn't bother paying extra for the experience. Balcony was tiny with very little privacy either side. Promised a coffee machine for a superior room- no signs of one, 1 bottle of water each in the room, never replenished. Instant coffee was never replenished during our stay. Only one bar in the whole of the hotel for daytime, evening and pool experience. Dining area was same for all meals, there was an al a carte restaurant but wouldn't bother! They'd be much better changing that into an indoor trendy bar area as everything is outdoors so if the weather is bad which it was a number of days during our stay there is nowhere to go apart from a gazebo type sitting area, more could be made of the lobby area to cater for guests who want to sit indoors for a more sophisticated evening experience, just felt really budget hotel than the 4 star we have experienced in other hotels. Pool area was depressing and water absolutely freezing- hardly anyone ventured in there during our stay. In all we wouldn't return here it just wasn't our vibe, we have been used to much better and i would rate it 3 star at the most- jet 2 let us down with this one sad to say

Let me start with the pros,the hotel is clean and neat,rooms cleaned daily,towels changed every other day,hotel is located in a good location,a few minutes walk to the sea and restaurants,pool clean and there are plenty of sun beds,enough for everyone. Let me start with the pros,the hotel is clean and neat,rooms cleaned daily,towels changed every other day,hotel is located in a good location,a few minutes walk to the sea and restaurants,pool clean and there are plenty of sun beds,enough for everyone. At the pool various games like handball, etc animators very friendly,no children in the hotel which is a big plus and that would be enough of the good sides of the hotel. In the rooms you can hear every knock, terrace doors of poor quality so everything could be heard from outside, as people were sitting at the pool I had the impression that someone was sitting on our balcony. Food is the biggest bottom, very bad and little choice, only breakfast was edible, service in the canteen at zero level, take away plates when you leave the table for a while and do not know basic words in English. Drinks at the bar is a terrible tragedy, they pour ready-made from bottles, the only thing that saves this bar is ballantines and bacardi, which is included in the price. Animations in the evening were tragic, every day only some band sang hopeless songs and spoke into a microphone how people should live 🤦‍♀️. In summary, the hotel is not worth the price,it is a 4 star hotel and deserves so much, but not for this money.

Chose this hotel, as reviews were high. This hotel had recently changed ownership, before our stay. Returning guests said how it had gone down hill. Certainly food wise. Room was nice and clean. Chose this hotel, as reviews were high. This hotel had recently changed ownership, before our stay. Returning guests said how it had gone down hill. Certainly food wise. Room was nice and clean. Staff were all nice. Room pool view was at an angle, so mainly looked over a roof. If you are a smoker, you are only allowed to smoke in a corner, by reception or on your balcony. Food looks nice, but taste is poor. I wouldn't go back, nor recommend this hotel, until they get things sorted.
