“Well cared for property with great pools for families ”

Just home from a week at this Apart-hotel in Alcudia. Area - great location for the stunning beach, shops and restaurants. A nice walk to the old town, surrounded by a castle with lovely, more exclusive shops, cafes, restaurants and where the market is held on Tuesday and Thursdays. Plenty buses to take you to old town, Puerto Pollensa, Palma etc. Alcudia Garden is well named with beautifully maintained gardens, trees around the blocks. Great pools for adults, younger children and babies. There's always plenty sunbeds and deck chairs if you prefer to sit in the gardens. Lots of entertainment day and night. Staff at reception were busy but efficient and friendly. Cleaning staff were polite and friendly. There is a spa with lots of great treatments, unfortunately we didn't have time to try these out. We stayed on a room only basis but we paid to eat in the hotel for 1 night and food was good. We paid to have 1 breakfast but didn't like the breakfast offer as we felt it catered for the European travellers more. The hotel has offers for upgrading your stay to all inclusive for part week/ full week with offers of 3 for 2 days/7 for 5 days. Towels are available for hire if you need a beach towel. There's a bookcase to access books which were plentiful. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Lots of families at the property. Would we return - absolutely and we'd recommend this Apart-hotel to people with young families.

This hotel is a real gem with the location fantastic, less than a minutes walk from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the rooms are more than comfortable. (no kettle or toaster provided, altho we took a travel kettle after reading reviews. Hotel may have provided but didn't ask). The pool area is ideal for families, yes the sunbeds were in demand but this is to be expected in August. Likewise the dining room was very busy at times but again to be expected. The food offered was a great selection and something for everyone. We hired bikes from the hotel which were €10 each per day, great for exploring locally. All of the staff go above and beyond, and are friendly and helpful. Special mention for Magda at guest services who sorted our minor Air con issue. Would definitely recommend and woukd return.

Absolutely amazing place! I have no words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. Long but very honest review. The hotel itself has all amenities you can wish for. Massages, indoor pool, huge and beautiful swimming outdoor pools. (3, 1 shallow for babies, another one for younger kids and a very large for adults and older kids). Bar by the pool offering light snacks, icecreams, drinks, etc). Day trips, laundry service and so much more! Apartaments are comfortable and spacious. We rented a 1 bed apartment and were given one on the 2nd block facing the street! We could even see the sea a little! Beds and pillows are comfy. Bathroom has all amenities, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. It's all organic and you can definitely feel it in your skin (products are not your average hotel products!). Food is amazing! Everyday is a different cuisine; asian, arabic, indian, local, etc...all of them are tasty and there is a huge variety! Breakfast are insane! All staff accross the hotel work beyond their duties, always with a smile and very efficient. I can't remember all of their names but a big shout out to Ines, Alonso, Modou and many more. Same goes to the cleaning ladies. Absolutely spotless rooms. Thank you to Juani who always was there to help and always paid attention to details such as bringing a bath mat, so the floor was not that slippery! Last but not least I'd like to give a big recognition to all entertainment staff: Alicia, Anabel, Lolo, Aurora, Noorje. Without them, the hotel would not be the same at all. The activities, engagement, connection, shows...make a huge difference to other places I've been to and most of the activities are linked with an Earth Element (water, fire, etc, which makes them more special) There are activities for everyone, young and old and they are creative and super fun! I'm a hundred per cent beach person but it was very hard to leave the hotel as the activities are the best! Hand made soap, fan painting, origami with towels, cocktail making, traditional games, vegetable picking, treasure hunts, face painting, water fit, darts..the list never ends! Not just that, but the staff delivering them! Mini disco for young kids, evening shows for families and the best one: The Lion King! Please keep bringing musicals, as they are throughly enjoyed by all! I've already booked for next year and I really really hope to see them all there. My kids actually cried when we left as they said they were going to miss them so much! Thanks to Magda too, the HR lady, which was very helpful when he had an issue and resolved it very promptly. I only have good words for this place. It was very hard to leave. Best family holidays ever! Thank you receptionists, cleaning, waiting, maintenance, entertainment staff! Your hard work hasn't been unnoticed! See you next year!

We've just returned from this hotel after spending 10 days there and would definitely recommend outside a few gripes. Probably wouldn't return myself, as our kids are a lot older and seems to be lots of families with very young kids here. If you are wondering why there are not many English reviews, it is because it seems to have a lot of German/Dutch/Spanish guests and not many English. Although absolutely everything in English, worth highlighting. STAFF - 10/10 work so hard from reception to catering to restaurant to cleaning to bar staff. Bar staff are run off their feet and felt a bit sorry for them, but also could be a bit more smiley sometimes. Always very clean and staff very helpful. FOOD - lots of choice and different themes every night, but hot food often seemed very luke warm at best to me. No omelette station for breakfast, and fried eggs cooked fresh, but left to get cold quickly in the serving area. Recommend getting there at opening times as it turned into mayhem 30 mins later. However lots of tables to sit down. Drinks were help yourself, which was great. Different fish and meat on grill at lunch/dinner which was nice. Lots of salads and things for kids - fries/pasta/nuggets/pizza. No english style sausages if that is your thing - just some grim looking continental things that didnt look popular with anyone :) ROOM - we had a one bed apartment with pool view...but be warned not all views are the same...our pool view was basically blocked by loads of trees. Much nicer than a street view of course, but be aware of this. Room was very clean and a nice amount of space. Beds had very nice comfy mattresses. Air con was ok, just about passable, but could have been colder. ENTERTAINMENT - not the best - disappointed to see shows were mimed although 10/10 for effort from the entertainment team. Outside acts were a bit better. POOL - nice pool although quite deep in the middle, also had a good kids pool. Getting sunbeds was a nightmare - not enough for the amount of people in the hotel. My wife got up at 645pm one morning and a large amount were already taken. Life guard did a good job of notifying bed hoggers, but not sure how much difference it made. Allowed kids dive bombing and inflatables - not my personal fave honestly. DRINKS - queues at the bars but were not too long. Cocktail machine made them quickly, and staff tried to serve quickly. Lots of choice on the AI menu. LOCATION - so close to the beach - a 2 min walk! And not far from the port either. Lots of shops/supermarkets right outside the shop.
