“Perfect for families”
Best villa we have used in Puerto Del Carmen, will be our choice in future. Villa had beautiful view with private pool. Villa was clean when we arrived and cleaners were in two more days. Best villa we have used in Puerto Del Carmen, will be our choice in future. Villa had beautiful view with private pool. Villa was clean when we arrived and cleaners were in two more days. We couldn’t have asked for more kids were delighted with it as well. It is a bit off the strip with a 15 min walk to get back to but that was ok for us as our children were teenagers.

Just returned from villa don Rafael we have a wonderful time the villa was spotless clean and the pool is cleaned everyday,Sara is a brilliant host and always willing to help even when we had special request she went above and beyond.The cleaning lady was the same anything we asked for extra it was never a problem.The pool is brilliant and the views from the villa are outstanding and we are definitely returning next year 👍👍 Only negatives we had were the road traffic is a bit noisy at night and a air fryer would be a great addition as there is no oven and maybe air conditioning but the fans provided done the job,and sun beds are a bit tired

“Villas don Raphael”
I would highly recommend these villas just back from a two week family holiday. Spectacular views having your on pool was amazing the best thing ever. Lovely cleaning woman who keep the villa spotless and changed the towel regularly. Sara was an excellent host a pleasure to deal with. I can't wait… more

“Lovely! ”
Just arrived home from a 10 night stay in one of the Don Rafael Villas. The view alone was worth the money! Just arrived home from a 10 night stay in one of the Don Rafael Villas. The view alone was worth the money! On arrival, the villa was spotless and throughout our stay Ari kept our villa clean and supplied fresh towels every few days! We were even supplied swim towels which was fab! Plus there was a washing machine so you could wash your swim towels as required. The pool was clean and maintained most days and every member of staff was so friendly! I would recommend a hire car as you are quite far from the main strip and beach! However there are supermarkets close by for the essentials. Including a Lidl. (5 mins walk) The only slight negative is there is no air con, however we requested fans for arrival in each of the 3 bedrooms and they helped massively. I would highly recommend these villas and will definitely return! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
