Our visit to Sol Lanzarote was perfect. It was the first all-inclusive holiday as a family together. It was for our honeymoon + our 2 children. The flight + transfers fantastic straight to the hotel. Even though it was a little later than expected the staff were quick with our check-in. We cant thank the staff at the hotel enough from the chefs, waiters/waitresses to the cleaners and reception staff. Everything was clean, tidy and well managed, never an issue if something needed fixing or changing. I have to say also the variety of Gluten free options in the restaurant was tailored to but i'm sure they would have done more if my partner had mentioned it. Every meal he found plenty to eat. But the biggest praise goes to the wonderful Entertainment team. WOW! Our children 5 + 9 years old attended the kids clubs every day out of choice for 7 days. The entertainment team put on plenty of games whether out of the pool or in it. They cared for our children and could tell they really enjoy their jobs. The mini disco at night was fully engaged with our children never wanted to miss it. But we also as adults felt included. Missing the four o'clock darts competition or the cocktail making demos. The night entertainment was fantastic, a great mix to appeal to everyone. We were very happy we barely left the hotel as it had all that was needed there. We went out the hotel for one trip to Ranchos texas. We used the taxis and it was about £12 both ways. Fantastic 'zoo' well worth a visit. ! We will be back ! No faults whatsoever.

We couldn't find fault with the hotel, staff were friendly the hotel and pool.area was very clean. We had a sea view room which was stunning night and day, to hear the sea from your room was something else. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Cleaners came in daily and did a great job. The location was fabulous as good as pedestrianised, 10 strides to the beach. The food was presented well and there was something for everyone with good choices at each meal. I have stayed all inclusive before and have to say that there was an endless flow of food, there was a good selection of snacks at the pool/beach bar which had a really nice seating area over looking the beach, the snacks were constantly replenished and not just provided in a couple of hour time slot but for the best part of the afternoon. The evening adult entertainment was good and the bar area very nice, staff worked hard. It's a lovely walk along the front to little bars and restaurants, we would def stay here again, we had a very enjoyable holiday indeed and we're not disappointed as is some reviews,,, but then you cant please everyone can you,,, if we should go back to lanza it would be to Sol lanzarote Thank you to all staff very enjoyable holiday !!

We are just leaving and have had a lovely week here. We couldn’t fault the hotel, location, staff or food so don’t read too much into any negative reviews. Both of us and our 5 year old loved it. All the staff were amazing and made a massive fuss over the kids. Didn’t get all the names but big shout out to the hotel entertainment team. Samantha, Stijn(sorry if this is spelt wrong!) and Nathan in particular, nothing was too much trouble for them even sitting playing guess who with our 5 year old! Always a good choice of food with different daily themes. The location is perfect. No traffic other than bikes and straight out of your door onto a lovely sandy beach. Yes the two big pools were cold….its February. Little pool was slightly heated. The rooms were very clean but are a little dated don’t let that out you off. Overall great hotel and holiday!

Our visit was the fourth time we have stayed at Sol Lanzarote. The hotel was always clean and the staff pleasant and attentive. The restaurant food was plentiful with lots of choice although cooked veg is not very high in the options. The breakfasts were my favourite meal of the day. Lots of fruit and cereal followed by Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs. The bar was very self service always a danger seats were at a bit of a premium in the evening but a cheerful atmosphere was always a great bonus. The staff were friendly but seemed to be a little harassed at times darting from one job to another not of their own choice I think. A little bit of TLC would not go amiss. Yes I would stay there again.

My wife and I had seen the Sol when holidaying in Matagorda twice before lockdown and thought it would be nice to book a sea-view there. Our first impression, arriving around 4pm on a Monday, was the place was rather shabby. After a day or two we loved the place. Clean, good food, really nice staff at all levels and a location that is hard to beat for us older folk who like walking on the flat and beach.
