Payed a lot of money for this 4 star hotel, I’d give it a generous 3 at best, food and drinks terrible, the hotel is in desperate need to be updated, sunbeds very shabby and broken, unless you get up at 8 you have no chance at getting a sunbed by the pool, luckily we love the beach so spent our day… more

Payed a lot of money for this 4 star hotel, I’d give it a generous 3 at best, food and drinks terrible, the hotel is in desperate need to be updated, sunbeds very shabby and broken, unless you get up at 8 you have no chance at getting a sunbed by the pool, luckily we love the beach so spent our days there, rooms are ok but need updating, music far to loud at night, had breakfast in the hotel but eat out in the town every night, the surrounding area is beautiful but just a shame about the hotel, it could be so much better

“Why a sofa?”

Firstly the rooms. 4 persons and 2 beds. The others have to sleep virtually on the floor on what is a sofa bed. This is in a room which contains a fridge and microwave. Please just replace it with a bed! Bathroom large but no bath so if holiday with small children will have to cope with the sink. P… more

Firstly the rooms. 4 persons and 2 beds. The others have to sleep virtually on the floor on what is a sofa bed. This is in a room which contains a fridge and microwave. Please just replace it with a bed! Bathroom large but no bath so if holiday with small children will have to cope with the sink. Plenty of hot water all hours of the day. TV dire. Starts with intro to the hotel But very limited details. Strangely information is in English but that's the only thing you'll find in English to watch other than BBC new or Sky news. Other nationalities have other options French , German and obviously Spanish.Free WiFi there essential as entertainment in the evening is horrendous. We. Chose this hotel after staying close bye because it seemed lively. How wrong were we! Food, well chaos comes to mind. Plates in the middle and end. Fresh speciality in the middle which leads to people cutting line. You won't wait in a qué at one end when the item you want is at the other. Snack bar by smoking area is the same. Plates over by hot dogs but buns for dogs at the other end where there are no plates. You go backwards and forwards trying to assemble the damn thing. Food OK but desserts limited. Tea totally pointless you'd need four bags to make a cup and cups so small they'd soak up all the water. Plates could do with a second turn through the wash. Drinks beyond basic. Cheap barely pallletable wine and watery cocktails. Drinks OK for kids, slushies included. Staff good generally. Always pleasant and happy to help. Photography however a little creepy. Entertainment staff very mediocre. Overall holiday overpriced for what it is. Would have stayed self catering in previous establishment if we'd realised.
