“Loved it here!”
Arrived later in the evening and got instructions through what’s app how to check in etc very straightforward. Love how the key is on your phone so no need to carry a card/key except for the main gate of an evening. Rooms very clean, cleaned and changed every 3 days, spacious shower with shower gel… more
Arrived later in the evening and got instructions through what’s app how to check in etc very straightforward. Love how the key is on your phone so no need to carry a card/key except for the main gate of an evening. Rooms very clean, cleaned and changed every 3 days, spacious shower with shower gel. Apartments really spacious, I requested a room near the pool and got it granted. If you have a late flight they offer a complimentary room for shower. Also got a free wine and chocolate’s for Christmas. Pool area quiet, lots of sunbeds, small kids pool , adults pool and jacuzzi. Small Cafe also on sight, great location, up a small hill. Thanks again will be back!

Our first stay in the rosamar, as we have stayed in a few hotels and apartments in lanzarote. Didn't know what to expect, but we had a fab time. The apartments are good and well kept. We will certainly be going back again in the near future. The staff where all very friendly, and went out of there way to help. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a small cafe on site

Lovely apartments with very friendly staff--Lots of sunbeds around pool and very good hot-tub/jacuzzi. We had a couple of small problems on arrival which were fixed in seconds by maintenance . Lovely apartments with very friendly staff--Lots of sunbeds around pool and very good hot-tub/jacuzzi. We had a couple of small problems on arrival which were fixed in seconds by maintenance . Ideal for the shops and restaurants of Peurto de carmen and a supermarket only a minutes walk away. We did find parking hit & miss though as some people park nearly a car length from the one in front so 4 cars take up 6 spaces

“Great place to stay”
Loved these apartments. There was plenty of space and had everything we needed. Lovely balcony with sunbeds. We had the 2nd floor, which meant sun all day. The pool was fab, and the best part was no pool wars. Lovely jacuzzi there too. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help with any quer… more
Loved these apartments. There was plenty of space and had everything we needed. Lovely balcony with sunbeds. We had the 2nd floor, which meant sun all day. The pool was fab, and the best part was no pool wars. Lovely jacuzzi there too. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help with any query. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole complex was spotless. Laundry facilities were great and included an iron. Being able to rent the pool towels was a great space saver in the cases. Spar around the corner for the essentials. And only a few minutes walk to the strip and beach. When we return, we'll definitely book here again.

The apartments are clean, calm and comfortable. They are very well located just off the road from the main restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Our apartment was large and had everything you need. Our only small snag was that the shelves by the bed could do with updating, but aside from that, for the price you are paying, no complaints. The pool area is lovely and clean with parasols and comfortable sun beds. The apartments also have a brand new cafe that has just been set up. It is excellent. The salads are amazing. Many options that are vegan and gluten free. The only con we had was that the courtesy room desperately needs an update and a clean between guests using it on the check out day.
